Leetcode charged me 159 dollars for renewal. There is no where on the website to set no auto-renewal. I immediately contacted the company. Not even 2 hours after being charged and they said I agreed to this in there terms of service. I have not used the service in a few months and I'm planning to be out of the country next year. I don't even know why my credit card information is being stored on the website. I also told them to remove it and they didn't do that either.Business Response

My LeetCode Premium subscription was recently auto-renewed today on Nov 25 2024, and I was charged $159. I canceled my subscription on the same day it was renewed and have not used any part of the new subscription. I had purchased the annual premium membership last year and wasn't aware that it was going to be auto-renewed without notice. I received an email that I was charged for membership auto-renewal and immediately canceled my membership the same day and contacted LeetCode for a refund. I was charged $159 by LeetCode for a yearly subscription renewal on November 22, 2024. I did not expect this charge as I was unaware that the subscription was set to renew automatically. I purchased leetcode premium in my account ******************** in 2021, for a one-year ************* the time of my initial purchase in 2018, I had also purchased a one-year membership, which did not auto-renew. Therefore, I had no reason to expect that my 2021 membership would auto-renew without my explicit consent.Unfortunately, I recently discovered that my membership has been auto-renewing annually without any notification or warning from your organization. I am rejecting this response because:They refuse to refund the auto renewed membership. However I don't even know the membership will be also renewed, and there is no notification at all. They mentioned if it is only a few days, they will refund. However I haven't used it at all and only notice it recently. I don't understand what is the difference between a few days vs more time if I haven't used it at all and is not aware of it. They should at least have sent me some notification when they are about to renew the membership, but they didn't and I just lose track of it.
