      This is the second time I am filing a complaint this company is sending me fraudulent cards in the mail I have called them I have asked them to block my name Social Security number and address they said they did so yet I continue to see cards in the mail once a month that I did not apply for.

They have done nothing to remove my name from their database and to ensure I will not receive any more cards that are on authorize. They claim they blocked my Social Security number but yet I still keep receiving cards in the mail they need to block my name and address as well. They said that they are of referencing the above complaint but it keeps happening thats why I keep making more  complai  complaints about  this company

      No further information to provide/action to take. The complainant has been provided the accurate and complete resolution regarding receiving unsolicited Cash Cards to their address and their request to have their social security number (SSN) blocked from Cash App.

      The complainant was advised that Cash App has successfully completed their social security number (SSN) block request. The complainant was advised that their social security number (SSN) was not used to create the account tied to the Cash Card they recently received. Additionally, the complainant was advised that we are unable to "block" mailing addresses that use the ************* Postal Service.

      The complainant has received the full and correct resolution regarding their complaint.

      For security purposes, we cannot disclose account specific information. However, communication regarding the resolution was communicated to the complainant via email on 04/13/2022, 08/04/2022 and 09/06/2022.

      I will forward it to Cash app that my cash card was compromised someone is continuing to remove money from my account. the customer service told me that I would have to wait until the money was out of pending status. it is out of pending status and they have took in my money twice . Oh I proceeded to fill out the forms for dispute for my money to be returned. Cashapp told me they would email men but I have not received an email. I spoke to someone prior to filing that dispute once the money was out of pending status. They are not telling me it will take 10 days and I will receive an email, I still haven't received an email.       I had unauthorized debits on my cash app on June 25th 2022. The company name was razor.com. I contacted the merchant right away as soon as I noticed the debits I explained to the merchant that I did not have a account with them and these debits were not authorized. They said they would look into it. A couple of days later they emailed me stating they needed more time to investigate and to go through my financial institution to receive the money sooner. I then contacted cash out let them know of the unauthorized debit. I then disputed the debits. There was six debits total for $10 each all made on the same day of June 25th 2022. A total of $60 I again explained to cash app I don't know who razor.com is I've never had an account with them and I never authorized any debits. Cash apps States they refund money within 10 days but I never was refunded I waited over 45 days for decision. Catch up then comes back after the investigation and says I did these debits or I authorize somebody else too. I can't believe it. I am now currently going through razor.com with no certainty to what the outcome will be now. I would also like to state that I've had at least 10 other fraud on my cash app account all refunded back with no problem so this isn't new to me. I'm just confused on how they took so long to investigate to come back with the wrong decision. I'm entitled to my $60 back please and thank you.

If you're going to give me a reimbursement for two you have to do it for the remaining six because I didn't do any of those transactions. Nobody gives a specific answer on how six of them were rejected yet you give me a reimbursement for two of them. That right there shows you guys do not legitimate run any investigation especially if you cannot and refuse to answer that question.       I have been a user of ********************** for over a year and I even have a debit card with them seeing as how convenient they are and how trustworthy they seemed to be. I now have a issue with another user on **********************. I paid this user $200, it has been months and I still have not gotten my item. This user has a ********************** Business account or what Cash App calls "Cash For Business". NerdWallet explains it as "A Cash App business account, which the company refers to as Cash for Business, lets customers pay businesses by credit card, debit card and money transfer on the peer-to-peer payment platform...and has requirements about how businesses provide receipts to customers." This business account did not provide me with a receipt and has not returned any messages and emails I have sent about a refund. I contacted Cash App support and they told me they cannot do anything and I could request the money and hope for a refund. I showed them proof of me sending messages with no response and requesting my money back on the app and not getting it. On Cash App website there is a "Cash For Business Payment Terms" page that states "IV. Your Additional Obligations" which are for business accounts, that business MUST PROVIDE *************************** AND Refunds. On the same page there is number 2 which is CHARGEBACKS. I have not been given this option and must file this complaint or go to ****** *** in order for a paying customer get my money back from a business that does not follow Cash App Obligations but continues to be on the platform. I just want my money back which I need and will not let be taken away or forgotten. The worst thing cash app support did was insult my intelligence by stating "in the future, we recommend that you: double check the funds... only send funds to people you know..." instead of investigating the situation. I am a college student and this $200 may not mean much to a corporation but could be extremely helpful to me.

      This business did not even look at my complaint thoroughly. As you could see this so-called 'manager' just read the attachments I included and not my complaint that this Business uses their Cash App Business account and did not follow any of their terms. While I follow all their terms I am scammed of $200 and as a struggling college student Cash App will not do anything or punish the business. Cash App is okay with one of their users being scammed of money on their platform.

      I signed up through cash app to attend an online auction . I made 3 deposits to bid on 3 items all three auctions ended where I lost the bids to a higher bidder. *********** were all returned with the exception of one I have disputed this with cash app at least 6 times each time I dispute the charge they tell me to be patient with the dispute process. The charge was made in February2022 how much longer do I need to be patient. Cash app is an unsafe platform and do not offer security or any type of safeguards for the customers. This charge needs to be returned to me I did not receive any type of goods or services so why do I need to be stuck paying because of of the lack of protection cash app offers. This company needs to be shut down if they are operating with fraudulent behavior. Deposit date February27, 2022 amountb$200. That is the last amount that needs to be refunded

      I gentleman purchase an iPad from me through cash app on 8/31/22. We contacted cash app support because the transaction showed pending. The cash app support agent explained that they were having issues at the time. Its is now 9/2/22 and still have heard nothing back from cash app about where my missing money is. The amount of the transaction was to be $810 being sent to me. We were told it would go through writhing an hour and given a name and reference number. Conversations with the money sender is stating that cash app is saying there are issues with transactions.

      I had deposit on my cash app on 9/1/2022 that was $1104 and when I received my money on cash app it was only $936.00 which they said I had a negative balance which I did not. I had a check deposited every week and I never been in the negative from this company. So I'm reaching out to you from some resolution in getting by money back from this company which I been trying to work them but no results. Basically I was told I will not be getting my money back that they stole so now I need help with this company. Since this happened to me several people have said the same thing. So I think this enough with this company.
