    Great customer service! I ordered a tee shirt as a gift, unfortunately in the wrong size. As a courtesy they offered to send the correct size at no charge. Very happy with this company! Will definitely order again!

    I ordered two shirts, one was correct and I love it. The other shirt was not even close to the color advertised, but the printing team said it was the correct shirt. I was super grateful for the communication with the FanHelp. They helped quickly helped to make the situation right and sent me a new shirt. They let me keep the other shirt too, which was nice, but I will probably give it away. Great customer service. I was happy with their help.

    ***** IS THE BEST , GOOD QUALITY MERCHANDISE FAST ACTING RESPONSES DUE TO MY CONCERNS AND LOST PACKAGE AND WRONG SIZE SHIRT. when they sent me a medium after I requested a 3XL THEY INSTANTLY RESENT A NEW ONE AND EVEN TOLD ME TO KEEP THE OLD ONE I HAVE YET TO FOUND SOMEBODY WHO WEARS SIZE MEDIUM, BUT EVEN THE OPTION TO KEEP IT WAS FANTASTIC

    I have been trying to receive an answer from tee springs for more than 2 days now. I ordered 2 tank tops and the quality has been horrible. I received them and the design was pressed on the tank more than once but it didnt align the way it should so the pressing is mismatched!The answer I keep getting is that it has been escalated to our production team and we are waiting for a response from them. We are still waiting for a response. Over 2 days later and no response from production. I just want 2 replacement tanks sent out to me. It shouldnt take 2 days to get a response as to how they are going to amend the situation.
