    Study.com is an amazing program. Being a busy mother running a business and maintaining a household; juggling school as well can be tough. Study.com allowed me to get my classes finished at my own pace which kept my stress level down and my grades up! On top of allowing me to keep up with my busy schedule, Study.com also helped save our household a large amount of money! This program allowed me to turn two programs costing me $2500 into a $200 transaction and saved me a total of $2,300. On a scale of 1 - 10, I'd provide this program with a 25!

    I cancelled my subscription after my first month. 3 months later my subscription was reenabled and I began to get charged $217 a month. I contacted them six months later not knowing that this had been reinstated, as I had called in to cancel it. They did refund 2 payments but I have a total of 5 payments they are responsible for. It is in their records that I have not logged in since January 2023. I have called and emailed over 20 times, I can get no one on the phone except a support person that cannot see any notifications or actions on my account. The communication for conflict resolution is very very poor. Still no refund for full amount. There are tons of reports of this same behavior with being charged after cancellation.

    I love study.com. Its way cheaper than going to a university, and I've found that the knowledge I have gained has compared to some universities. It's self paced, so I was able to get classes while still working full time. 10/10 recommend.

    Study.com is a great program. My daughter has been excelling with it. It is great for kids who need a short, straight to the point program.     I was recommended Study.com by my College Professor. I getting ready to take the **** Mathematics Secondary (022) to be certified to teach secondary mathematics.     Not worth your money. DO NOT DO IT. There study materials for the ***** are not even remotely relevant to what you need to study. After I realized this, I attempted to contact customer service and all they told me was that I was consistently using their product and I was not eligible for a refund. Well duh, I definitely was using it in hopes that I would learn something useful to help me pass a very extensive test. Needless to say I got got for $120 and now have am cramming to use and site that has actual results.

    It beats paying tuition for another term. I was able to complete the course I needed within the month. I felt I learned more in the course in a short amount of time than I did my own university. The videos and short quizzes were extremely helpful and the final exam had relevant questions to what I learned.
