My order number is ******** on January 18 I initiated an exchange for a smaller size. They had me put my credit card info in to make it a faster exchange process. So I did that the order was put in and I shipped the previous items back the next day. That nite I got a email saying my exchange order was shipped. Fast forward to now January 31st the order has never left there shipping department and I'm still waiting and I've emailed them numerous times and no response. And they received the original order on Jan 23rd or 24th. All I want is my order that's it. I did everything I was supposed to do for the exchange process and I still haven't received the new items.Initial Complaint

This business came on my social media as an ad. I was interested and decided to buy it. It wasn’t until after I purchased the item that they seemed shady or like a scam. They said they would send me an email confirmation which I never received any. After a few weeks it just appeared at my house. The wallet I purchased from them was smaller than I had expected and couldn’t hold cash at all so I wanted to return it. They had advertised on their original website that returns would be guaranteed if the customer wasn’t satisfied with the product so I thought it would be an easy process.
It was not. I tried to go back to their original website which was taken down and said error accessing, so I went to their new website, and they used a different website under a name that was similar but had one word of a difference. It did not have the same guarantees on there. I contacted them through the email provided in the website and was told it would take 24 hours for a response but it has been multiple days and still no response from them. I just want to get a refund and return this product. But no one will answer my emails. I also contacted them via direct message on social media as well as comment on their post but also no response from there in that way either.
I’m just very disappointed and want to help others know not to get this product or buy from them.Initial Complaint

I ordered a wallet in early December from Mnml supply from an ad on instagram. I requested a cancellation of my order on 12/23 and another follow-up on 12/27 asking for cancellation of my order.
On 12/28 I received an email back saying, "sorry, your order has shipped, here is the tracking."
I replied to this email asking how to return the item. The response I received was, "we do not do returns".
The item was finally received on 01/11 and is not as expected. I have not disputed this charge with my credit union, perhaps that is a route I should go? Thank you!Initial Complaint

I’m complaining against MNML because this company owes me money. Customer service has yet to respond to my request for a refund as promised on the company’s website. I purchased two of the same Jackets from this company. Because I wasn’t sure of the sizing. I kept one and immediately returned the other. I purchased items 11/16/22 it is now 12/24/22 and still no refund or word from customer service! I find this very disheartening and disappointing. On 11/26/22, I placed an order on MNML order# ******** using the Klarna pay in 4 option for payment. The order total was $47.93, taken in installments of 4 payments. The first payment was taken by Klarna in the amount of $11.98 on 11/26/22. Later that day, I received a cancellation notice by email for the item from MNML and notice that a refund would be issued. There was no explanation given for the cancellation and no merchandise was sent to me which means the shipping charge should have been refunded as well. The email from MNML showed a refund was given for $40.45 instead of the complete $47.93. MNML submitted the refund of $40.45 through Klarna and Klarna issued the refund in the amount of $4.50 leaving a remaining balance of $7.48 still owed to me.
Klarna has stated any further refund request must go through MNML because they are the vendor. I emailed MNML customer service at [email protected] on 11/30/22, 12/6/22, and twice on 12/12/22 and have received no response.Initial Complaint

I paid $99.10 for two jeans and was first told that my order was delayed in terms of shipping. Then, it says it was delivered and I immediately went to my porch to check and also my mailbox. There was no package from MNML. I checked with my neighbor and nothing. I reached out to the Instagram and reached out to their email stating that my package has yet to arrive even though it says it has. I waited a few extra days in case it came late. Nothing at all. The company has yet to respond to any of my emails to rectify the issue. I want the article of clothing I paid for. The customer service is terrible and they use a cheap delivery service that is unreliable. I want my package or the items to be redelivered with assurance that I will receive the package.Initial Complaint

I have been trying to order men’s clothing through the online retailer mnml for over a year. I place my order pay for it and within a few days I get an email stating that they need a copy of my ID or a utility bill, a screen shot of my bank statement showing the transaction and an alternative phone number and email address. I have never, ever been asked to send these to any retailer EVER. I sent it once just for them to say they cannot accept my order and cancel it.Initial Complaint

I purchased one pair of jeans on 10/18/2022 for $66.30. The order number was #M1750581. I received my order on 10/22/22 and unfortunately the jeans did not fit. So I completed a exchange online and ordered a different size on 10/27/22. It provided a label for the return of the jeans that didn’t fit and they charged me $54.40 for the new order I placed. The order number was #M17****8. They said once they received return they would issue the refund. I sent the return back via USPS on 10/27/22 and confirmation from the USPS tracking shows it was delivered to them on 10/31/22 to a individual at the address at 3:29pm. I’ve emailed them several times and they have yet to acknowledge receipt of return package or process my refund. Not only that I have not received my exchange either and I’ve been charged for that order already as well. I contacted USPS about this issue although I haven’t heard back from them. The phone number given to me by Afterpay is a cellphone number for this business. It’s ###-###-####. No one answered. I left a message and no one returned my call. Not even to say I had the wrong number. Please put this company as fraudulent. It’s not right they are allowed to scam consumers out of there money.
