    I have not received my order M2306426 and tracking shows it's delivered. MNML refuses to refund my money and asking me to contact their provider directly. This is their job to contact their provider not my job. They're not able to provide a proof of delivery so they need to refund my money

    I ordered two pairs of pants on 9/25 for my birthday(10/17) hoping they would come in time for then. After two weeks of no package I reached out to the company and they told me to wait 25 business days before they could even discuss the matter of receiving a refund. Now Im at 2 months and still no refund or pants. I reached out numerous times to see what the next steps are or what I can do to speed the process up. To no avail still giving me the run around. The company told me that I have to wait for the shipping company to reach back out to them.

    I placed an order for a pair of pants. When placing the order I pressed Autoship and it put an address from over 4 years ago. I immediately saw my mistake and emailed the company trying to get my order changed. When they responded late the next day it was to tell me my package has been shipped, but it was shipped to the wrong address. After doing so they offered no way to rectify the situation at all. I contacted them seconds after putting in the order.

    Have been trying to inquire for a resolution on why they keep sending me the wrong color after 2 exchanges, and they just ignore my emails and DM's through Instagram after they initially responded

    I ordered 3 jeans and a flannel on 10/12. Expected delivery was on the 16th with whoever Maergo shipping is. By the 18th I did not receive my package and was showing it being at a facility 45 minutes away. First they said they couldnt verify address, then they said it might gone to a neighbor. (We all have rings, no package came) then they put it out for delivery at 3:58pm and delivered at 3:59pm. Clearly to cover themselves to not be held accountable. Then when I contact mnml they said it was marked as delivered, I should check with my neighbors. And I have to wait 21 days to file a claim because any claim filed before then would be denied.

    I placed an order for six items, ( my ORDER #M2184951 ) while i placed the order, i purchased protection for the package. The day the package was supposed to be delivered i was home. At 4pm i decided to track the package was and it says it was delivered so I went to the front door opened it and nothing. I went downstairs open the mailbox and nothing. Ive tried contacting customer service multiple times and have literally gotten no reply. Now Im out $129.51 and this is unacceptable.

    I made a purchase from the company even brought buyers protection for an extra fee to ensure package delivery mnml sent package threw dhl I have been tracking package. 12:47pm est it advises dhl made an attempt to deliver package which I was home. *** advise a note card was left and if not I would need to reach out to the merchant no response from the merchant. Dhl advised they need a 10 digit tracking number when I only received this tracking number ****************************** mnml scammed me out of $105.15 on 9/5/2023 and I want my funds back they are total wrong

    Date of transaction: 8/26 ORDER #M2170608 Amount paid: $120 What the business committed to ship: 1 pair of pants order and 1 pair of shorts ordered. Tracking number: ********************** Nature of dispute: I purchased from this company via their website and spent $120 for two items. My items have yet to be delivered nor updated that my items have been sent to the postal office. Merchant has received payment and not sending items payed for. As of 8/26 my order and tracking numbers reflects that *** is waiting on the merchant.No items have been shipped. I have emailed this company, I have inboxed this company via social media, I have also commented on their instagram page. I have noticed that their instagram account will delete your comment and not make it "viewable" if your commenting about a missing order. Their social media comments are being manipulated and deleted when ANYONE comments anything other then a positive comment or a emoji. I have been completely ignored, and at this point want a full refund and to speak to this merchant about this issue. As a new customer this was horrible business. This company has taken my hard earned money without sending my items I purchased and has NOT attempted to resolve this issue.Again, I would like a full refund, I would like to hear from this company and share this information for future issues to the BBB.

    On 8/22/23 I order some clothes from MNML for a trip that I was Going on for the weekend. I chose to get two day shipping to receive them in time for my trip but on 8/24/23 I received an email saying that the package was delivered. I then reached out to ***** who started a case. They reached back out to me and told me that they didnt recover the package and to reach out to MNML to get a refund or for them to send out the package that I never received. I reached out to.MNML but I have Not heard back from them yet. I am Very upset. I spent over $300 on this order and cant reach anyone regrading this order. At this point I just would like my money back. This has been a extreme inconvenience.

    I placed an order with MNML on 12/13/22. I received a delivery notification that my ordered had been delivered on 12/19/22 but I hadn’t received a delivery. I reviewed tracking and saw were the item was received at a sorting facility in Kennesaw at 19:05 and marked delivered to me at 19:06. I live anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour from Kennesaw so that’s impossible even if it was being delivered on a G5. I contacted the merchant who directed me to contact the courier service in which I did. The courier acknowledged that the packed was not delivered to my home and I needed to file a dispute with the merchant. I contacted the merchant again and forwarded the email correspondence. They offered no solution. If let me with the only option to file a dispute with my bank. As of today I still have no resolve because the merchant is not responding to the claim from my bank! Hopefully my complaint and the countless others will help the next person from becoming a victim to their shady business practices!
