    Don’t ever order nothing from this company ..so I had a important date happening so I ordered some pants and payed for them to be overnighted so I wake up the next day to a email saying ur order been put on hold for security reasons we need you to send in three types of documents … so I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody

    Zero stars - or negative 5 if it were possible. I purchased multiple items before Christmas for my son. I purposely purchased some jeans in two separate sizes because I wasnt sure which size would fit him. Within the return window, I reached out multiple times seeking an RMA to return those items that were not the correct size. I emailed at least nine times. I finally went to **************** and explained the situation and they reversed the charge. At that time, MNML finally allowed me to return the items in question. I did so, and have proof of delivery that the items were received in February. Three months later and I have still not received my refund and I have also reached out to them 10 separate times. Very disappointed because I love the clothes and theyre absolutely a perfect style for my son, but I will never shop here again.

    been shopping with this company for 3 years now and lately it's been a whole headache to shop I have earned points shopping I can't redeem when I email the company they respond when they feel like it I honestly doubt if I spend any more money here I feel ripped off like it's ******** at this point all the money I spent shopping with this company and this is how they treat customers this is a** for real I see they rip off every body I read the other reviews up here MNML it's over for yall I'm not shopping any more ???? yall

    They are claiming I received my merchandise on December 21 2023 and I never received the items and ordered one at ******* and one from Amazon to get them by Christmas, wish I did that in the first place. This company is awful and they dont offer any good way to contact them. BAD BAD company, stay far from them! So I am out the $49.95 because they lied to my credit card company saying I got the items. They deserve zero stars.

    I wish zero stars was an option. Do NOT buy from here. I bought a ahort for my son in 2022. Shortly after my credit card had fraudent charges. Since i had only used it here recently , I suspected them but couldn't prove anything. I went thru huge hassle to replace card. Son loved the shirt though. A year later son sees same shirt in a different color so I order it. Shirt is miles too big and obviously mismarked. Since we have identical shirt from last year we compare and can say its 2 sizes too big. I reach out and get automated response, never a person. A whole run of these shirts is mistagged and no response. Also there is no extended return period for Christmas gift purchases. Every legit company allows time for the holidays for returns. That was my fault thinking they were legit and forgiving last years credit card issue. Never again. I will leave reviews on every single place I can. Save your money and buy elsewhere, where customers are valued and quality can be trusted.

    This is one of the worst companies Ive ever bought From, youd think the more demand you bring in the more youll take care of your customers needs.. NOT for this company just to get one order it takes forever the fraud department decides to email everything instead of calling the customer directly for their personal info (IDs, license, bills ) just to reply back late at that .. this same situation happened last year for my birthday so I canceled last minute. I completed the process this year which was a complete waste of time. The $88 Cargo pants arrived late, the sizing was way off from the size guide on the companies website ( way too loose). I asked for an exchange I sized down this time still too loose.. being that I went through all this work already for one pair of pants I was going to exchange again but the company DID not give me the option I chose refund. I still havent received my refund. I ordered multiple times in the past but this is my LAST time for real this time. ! WATCH THE RED FLAGS ! They dont care about their customers. If I could give 0 stars I would.

    I'm first time (and last time) customer. Placed an order. They took my money. Received an email from them that my order was cancelled with no explanation. The email said they would reimburse me, but not the full amount. No explanation. My email inquiry was answered with auto-generated boilerplate response - not remotely answering my question. Finally found a phone number, but appears to be non-existent or disconnected. (call could not be completed) Summary - I received no product, no explanation, and am not getting full refund. Based on above, I fear future fraud since they have my credit card. This company is not Better Business Bureau accredited for a reason. My bad for not checking reviews first.

    HORRIBLE, actually no customer service. I have tried contacting this company about a pair of sweats I bought for my son and they refuse to get back to me. I have sent 3 emails and there is no customer service phone number. If you appreciate companies that have decent customer service, skip this company because theyre not one of them. Very unprofessional.

    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. As another customer wrote, they use a cheap delivery service (now Maergo) that doesn't even list your address in the tracking. The service said they delivered the package, but it didn't, and now MNML won't send a refund or reshipment until after 21 days and an "investigation." I can't imagine that it's cheaper for MNML to use this service and deal with all of these irate customers who do not get their products.******** dirtbag company.

    If I could give no stars I would. I recently made a purchase and the *** which wasn't shown in the cart was suddenly ***** CDN. This is half the cost of the items that I purchased. My son wanted a pair of pants and to avoid shipping I purchased two. Thank God I did or I would be devastated. I tried to reach out to customer service and they told me that *** would populate on the screen for shipping which it didn't. The customer service rep then said that it's customs and duties and when I reached out customs said it's the company that requested to have the money sent to them. I called my delivery company and they said it was mnml. SAVE YOUR MONEY. DON'T SHOP HERE, YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL DENY THEY ARE AT FAULT.
