    Package is missing. Ive been contacting them for weeks!!! Literally not one response back. Paid for shipping protection as well. All my emails are going ignored. I have sent several over the past 2 weeks. ******** company! Very unprofessional

    I placed an order on 1/19/25. Order #M2824158. The order was shipped and tracking said it was supposed to be delivered on 1/29/25. I never received the package. When I track the package it shows enroute. Its been 3 months. Ive followed up with the company several times and they said they would open a claim with the courier and it would take 10 business days. They have not provided any update and refuse to refund my money.

    Company Website:*************************************************************************************************** ORDER #M2837779 I placed this order early in the morning on Monday 2/10/25 and paid and extra $20 for 2 day delivery. Your shipping policy states orders placed before 12pm PT will ship that day. This did not happen and the ***** tracking number ************ Shows they havent even received the item to process for delivery yet?? Im a short distance away in ********* so I know how long it takes packages normally. Please see what the delay is because I should have this order no later than Wednesday. Remember I paid for 2 day shipping and the $1.50 insurance my order has no business being late.

    I ordered the Ultra Baggy Bandana Patch Denim - Blue/Multi jeans in a size 30 and my order was rejected even after providing all of the necessary proofs of purchase. I gave the store personal information (my State ID, screenshots from my bank, and more) for them to reject the charge and now I have to pay more for the item if I want to reorder. There was no resolution and the response time is extremely slow.I had been waiting on these pants for about a week and it took me reaching out for a resolution to even be told that my order was rejected many days later and on a weekend at that. This company is unprofessional and didnt handle my order with care. This was supposed to be a gift to a friend and now I wont be able to give them their gift in time. TERRIBLE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE I want my jeans at the price I paid for. I want this issue resolved and to get my pants back.

    On September 19th at 3:26 PM I purchased 4 pair of pants & 1 pair of shorts for a total of $263.25. On September 26th at 12:20 PM I received an email saying my package had been delivered. I received 1 white bag with only 3 of the 5 items I ordered. 1 was distressed cargo shorts, 1 was skinny stacked denim medium blue & 1 was skinny stacked denim blue. Ive emailed the company multiple times trying to get this issue resolved or at least get the rest of my order. I have not got a response from them yet. Ive seen this company all over social media as far as instagram and TikTok.

    I ordered a piece of clothing on 7/5/24. I received email confirmation with a tracking number on 7/7. The tracking number ******* only shows that a label was created on 7/7. I emailed the company 3 times before finally getting response. They stated it is now deemed a lost package due to the carrier ******* and to call them to process a claim. I knew that was false because the tracking doesnt show any package being dropped off and accepted by the carrier, just label creation. I called ***** anyway to verify and they confirmed that they never received the parcel. My card was charged when I bought the item and the company is trying to get away with stealing my money for an item they never shipped.

    I placed an order on May 13, 2024 for $87.34. After receiving the package and seeing that the jeans i ordered looked nothing like they did on the site and too small to fit, i wanted to do a return. When i tried, they said i could either get a refund for $39 or do an exchange for a store credit of $65. I chose to do the exchange because thats obviously worth more. So as im doing the exchange i see that i can go ahead and process the exchange and they would ship my new products immediately and I would be charged only if i did not ship my return by 14 days. This was a blatant lie. Immediately they took the money from my account, which was not supposed to be taken unless i didnt ship within 14 days. They are absolutely no help to me through email. They lied on the website saying they dont charge until 14 days and then in reality they go ahead and take the money right them. Completely ridiculous when it wasnt in my budget at the moment to pay for absolutely nothing. They charged me $14.42 which was the amount I went over for the exchange which i was totally fine with. But then a few minutes later they charged me $57.66 and will not resolve this with me at all. They keep repeating the same thing in every email i get but wont listen to me when i say what the website said about waiting 14 days to charge if the return hasnt shipped yet. This is very aggravating and Ive now paid this company $159.42 but only have less than $100 worth of product from them.

    I have reached out multiple times to this Merchant about an ordered #M2440047 I never received. The order was placed on February 21, 2024 at 2:24pm for $286.42, which included a Basic Zip Up Hoodie - Vintage Black x 1, Every Day Hoodie - Black x 1, 3 Patch Contrast Sweatpants - Red/Grey x 1, Patched Contrast Bootcut Sweatpants - Green x 1, Bootcut Sweatpants - Red x 1. The expected delivery date was February 23, 2024. No response has been received from the merchant as of March 4, 2024. I voiced to MNML that I have not received the package, and that I have checked with surrounding neighbors. MNML is refusing to provide a refund, or even a simple response. I no longer want the items ordered. I want a refund from the merchant.

    On 1/26/2024 at approximately 11:09AM I purchased two items from mnml.** website in the amount of $ ******. On 1/26/202024 at approximately 1:49PM the business confirmed the order by emailing me shipment confirmation. On 1/30/2024 at approximately 12:50PM I received an email from mnml.la stating that my package was delivered. When I got home later on that day, I noticed that there was no package at all. On 1/31/2024 at 6:14PM I reached out to mnml.la to complain about my missing package. They contacted me on 2/2/2024 stating that I should contact the delivery company "XDelivery/Maergo" to see they have information about my package, and they also suggested that I wait 21 business days in case the package pops up. Furthermore, they gave me the option of asking my neighbor and so I did. My neighbors never took my package. After waiting 21 business days, I contacted them again on 2/28/2025 at 3:17pm to state that I waited the 21 business days and received no package. They contacted me back the same day and stated they will move forward with the claim. It has been over a week and still did not receive a refund. I contacted them throughout the week, and they refuse to answer emails and their DM on Instagram. By the way, this is not the first time this happened to me with this company but at least the first time they refunded the funds to my account.

    Seller never delivered items. ****** refused to assist via email correspondence since I had requested a refund from my bank. They then lied and told my bank all items were delivered despite knowing I had reached out to them beforehand to note that the items were never delivered. This seller just stole $85 and refused to address any of it. They use their social media-only presence to their benefit to avoid repercussions of their fraud and theft from customers and their reviews on BBB only show that to be factually true.
