      THIS IS NOT AGAINST FACEBOOK OR ANY SOCIAL MEDIA. This is to Mr. *********** The picture that was taken caused alot at US Bank 400 *********** *******. During Covid 3/4 of the employees worked from home. We had huddles via the computer. I was followed home by ****************************** and ************************ ****** said "her jealousy is going to put her in prison. 3 signatures was mentioned by ************************ *********************** looked my brother up on facebook. ************************* had a surgery and came to work and said she felt woozy from her pain medication. A temp commented that newer cars could be shut down by police. *************************** said "this is war, and there's nothing her mother can do about it. I'm going to stop tomorrow morning on my way to work". She mentioned emailing. This happened between September 13th and November 30th 2021. *************************** left work early forc2 weeks straight at various times during that timeframe. *************************** and her boyfriend were talking about flattening a tire on my car. My car has damage. Pictures have been reported to **** Ins in *******. ***** D, ****************, *******(****) ********************** ********************, and myself **************************** are not being put in anywhere or being held accountable for anything. My former Mgr ******************************************* husband ************************************* is the Winnebago Cty Sheriff. ************************* has 2 cousins(father and son) who work for the police **** in *******. Facebook and social media was used to push me out of ******************************************************** March of 2018. ************************* was more worried about losing her house than being a supervisor and doing the right thing.

      I would like to file a complaint against **** for disabling all my accounts on October 12, 2022 & giving me no way to appeal my case. They are not taking any appeals, they say, due to low staff. **** says I have 30 days and then they will totally close my account. Its been a loop of fill out this , then fill out that, with them continuing to telling me my account is disabled. I was hacked (child sexual content) & can prove it, but have no way to contact a live person, just a computer. I contacted 2 child exploitation groups (state & national) & told them what happened. They said there is no known way right now to contact Meta, but they are aware of the issues. I am a consultant in child welfare and worked in this fold most of my adult life. This is costing me contacts which means list time and money. If a company says they have contact support then they should have a trusted way to resolve issues. I will lose 13 years of personal messages, business contacts, family pictures, genealogy ************* best friends last words to me. Im angry but ** also determined & in pain over this lose and defamation of my character. *** worked in Child Welfare most of my life and advocated for childrens rights.

      On September 28 my FB account was hacked then suspended.I followed all the steps to verify that the account is mine.I sent over the info they requested only to get an email stating that they could not use my info. They didn't give one exact reason but listed a few possibilities.I have sent numerous emails to FB which no one ever responds.My account has been suspended and I can't not log in to resend the info.Last week someone starting making advertising ads on FB using my personal email.Again I have no way to report this to them.I have changed all my passwords on all my financial accounts and cards.I'm hoping you can guide me as what to do.From lots of research I have learned that this is a very big issue with FB.

      Recently Facebook has implemented questionable screening tactics that seem bias to the narrative on the platform. I made a few posts that violated community standards, without warning and nearly a year after the post my account was restricted. It appeared like a glitch where content was reposted and I was restricted. I disagreed and submitted inquirys via internal communication avenues without any professional response or explanation. Coincidentally, it feels like an attempt to reduce my individual input prior to a midterm election. Even though I have served the bias restriction, my account still has a warning status. I use the platform to stay in touch with family and friends and have recently questioned disconnecting all together. Freedom of speech is our country is important. I have scene far worse content that what I shared about *********************** or the comment I made about protecting my property. The context was never understood. As an insurance professional if your home or business are destroyed from terrorism, Riot or war coverage will be excluded. Read your policies. Hopefully, this complaint will open a channel of communication for review, since I have been unsuccessful with company direct. Pictures will show original post from 9/21 was violate 7/22, this is ridiculous and an attempt to reduce connectivity with my network.

      I sold an item on Facebook market place and the person who bought it paid Facebook to pay me the person received the item and I still haven't received my payment

      My account was disabled. My fundamental complaint is this: Facebook has no possible way to address disabled accounts. Even when you click "go to help center" it says connection lost every time (screen shots attached). I was originally banned by Facebook due to claims that I have posted some kind of child sexual exploitation content (screen shot attached). I am confident any human review of my account would show that I was hacked. I find the idea of child sexual exploitation to be horrible and morally repugnant. I am contacting the BBB because I was a Facebook seller, plus many of my accounts with other sites was via Facebook login. I also have been disconnected with my family and friends, most I only ever contacted through Facebook because it was a convenient platform. Should I get access again I will be sure to get alternative contact information. I have contacted Facebook through their parent company ******* have tried multiple times to contact Facebook directly. Companies like Facebook certainly face a difficult challenge of keeping bots, predators, and other bad actors off their platform, but for a company as large and ubiquitous as Facebook, they need to be accountable to real people who use their platform for their everyday lives. Please help me with this.

      I have gotten 5 charge backs in the last month from customers using Facebook to orders products from our Shop, all stating that their orders are fraudulent and they never placed these orders. This is truly disappointing. It's gotten to the point where any orders coming from Facebook are paused and we reach out to the customer directly asking for confirmation regarding their order. To our surprise, we have had customers state that they did not make any purchases through Facebook and for us to cancel the order immediately. Doesn't seem that Faceboook is a safe platform anymore as customers credit card information is being stolen or their profiles hacked. We mimicked the shopping experience through Facebook and there is absolutely no way that an order can be placed on accident by the customer because you have to add the product to your cart, click the check out button, input your information and click confirm and pay. If your payment information is stored through the App, you still have to add the item to your cart and click confirm to place the order. Not sure what is going on with this Market Place as of lately, but we as a retailer no longer feel safe selling our products through Facebook. We have also filed a complaint through Facebook but majority of the time do not get any responses and this is a serious matter. We have lost both money and products due to these issues in addition to paying charge-back fees.

      Hello,I have an account on Facebook.com this account I trying to access it since more than one year, I tried every thing in this time with Facebook with no hope, *** confirmation code that sent to email did not sent while the email is correct and also password is correct, I tried to access the account by help of friends with no hope also while Facebook ask me to call friends to get the code to access my account and no one of them got that code.I need to contacted by Facebook.com to solve this issue and recover my account, all data and documents is available.Thanks.

      Tuesday, 18 October 2022, I received notification that my account had potentially been hacked, and I was required to change my password. I did so and was given access to my account. Thursday, 20 October 2022, I was locked out of my account with neither explanation nor cause. I was only told that I violated community standards. However, I rarely post or comment as I am a teacher and sensitive to any posting interfering with my employment. When I used the help center to attempt to find out what was going on, I was told due to security and privacy concerns that the individual could not see why I was suspended and he or she needed to pause this chat. To unlock my account, I was required to provide a photo of myself that allegedly would be deleted as well as my phone number. There was no option other than my phone number to verify my account. I have never given Facebook my phone number for privacy reasons. When entering my phone number, there was a notification that it would be used for marketing purposes. I do not want Facebook to sell my number hence why I have never provided them with it. In allowing my account to be hacked and now locked, possibly due to this hacking, Facebook has failed to safeguard my information and requires additional information to be put at risk.

      Facebook marketplace provides purchase protection to online purchases, which my purchase of a ******* Galaxy flip 3 qualifies under. The seller promised a "brand new, mint condition" phone and I got a borderline unusable piece of garbage. I described it as thus: "The phone is heavily damaged. Scratches and cracks in the glass are all over the phone. By the hinges the rim is peeling off and the glass on the back is separated. Screen is damaged where colored lines can be seen on the edge with a large black dot in the center. Phone is also disgusting, caked in gross food/dirt particles in the crevices. It smells of tobacco and cigarettes. Was described as "brand new, mint condition". ". The seller refused to refund me, so I tried to file a claim under their purchase protection. I found that no matter how I tried to file it, mobile app, browser, etc. , it gave me an error. I looked this error up on ****** and saw that for years people have been unable to file claims for things like this with facebook marketplace, in what is an obvious and deliberate anti-consumer practice. I want them to uphold their end of the purchase protection agreement and refund me for my purchase of what is a broken and falsely advertised device.
