    I have been sold goods that are not as described but thats the least of it because Ive been sold over ****** worth of items I never recieved. The company claims returned due To address issues however I recorded a partial shipment from one specific seller and the other returned my address has been and is the same through all sites. Ive contacted them in every single way I know how. Some sellers offering to correct the problem, but just continue to drag it out by asking for the same info over and over as if theyve not seen the photos or read the description or details in the email or direct message. Ive recieved a couple of refunds totaling to less than $25.00 but due to them being in a bulk shipment, they only refund me for one of the items in the shipment. All others have went ignored completely. After researching if others have had issues, I noticed that whatnot was being accused of falsifying shipping labels and marking them as undeliverable due to address issues and returned to original sender this is disgusting and heart breaking. I dont have hundreds of dollars to throw away and on top of that, the majority of items purchases were for my childs birthday and obviously he never received them nor was I able to purchase elsewhere. This has to be stopped and people need to be refunded! Ive tried everything and I pray this gets someones attention. Please note that pics are limited due to WiFi and examples of showing delivery but I have many many more showing exact cost and attempts to resolve etc etc. amount paid is well over $200 but I dont want to appear dishonest in my claim so I chose the lesser due to not being able to add actual words or symbols like more than and +

    1. ******************** Item (Prior Issue)A seller charged me nearly $40 for an item that retails for about $10.The item was a random substitute chosen by the seller, not what I agreed to purchase.The box arrived opened and damaged.Whatnot admitted this was wrong and made a one-time exception by canceling the charge proof that sellers do abuse the system.2. Ban by **************** to Cancel Orders (Current Issue)On [insert date], I was banned by a seller immediately after I asked reasonable questions about pricing and product quality during their live stream.According to the *** Act, Section 5, businesses cannot engage in unfair or deceptive acts or practices. In this case, I was deprived of the ability to reasonably manage my purchases once I was blocked.After being banned, I could no longer access the sellers stream or communicate but I was still forced to pay for 1617 items totaling over $300.I requested Whatnot cancel these orders on my behalf, but they refused, citing all sales are final.3. Platform Accountability Issue Whatnots current approach leaves buyers with no protection when sellers:Overcharge,Substitute items without consent,Send damaged products,Or retaliate by blocking buyers who question product value.These practices amount to unfair and deceptive conduct, especially when buyers are forced to pay without access or recourse.4.     I was involved in live auctions with several sellers in the whatnot app. I was told that when I won the items in several cases I was told that the items were 24 k gold flake, coins or nuggets/ingots. I purchase gold and silver to melt down and make ingots for my children and grandchildren future .when u melted several if the gold items it turns out that the items were aluminum coated with gold plating. The copper coins u purchased turned out to be copper plated not solid copper. I looked other items up on a website called TEMU and they sell novelty items exactly like the authentic items I was told u had win in auction. U have video of the smelting process and the aluminum oozing out of the gold plate.

    So basically, I have use this platform to purchase many items for the most part good experiences and the company has had issue issued me some refunds forbad products from sellers however, last night I feel like I was scammed by a seller who deceived me and other people into purchasing one product And multiple other products for a chance to purchase one product that everybody wanted, but was very deceptive and wouldnt say much information I requested to cancel my purchase since the seller basically lied and deceived me into over pain for two products in order for a chance to purchase a pair of shoes this clearly violates the companys policy you used to be able to go to what not and file a ticket and a formal complaint. I have already reported the sellerfor his actions. I am seeking for the company to cancel my order and refund me my money, their policy clearly states that I am protected their policies and that the seller has to actually sell the item he is describing that never happened. This was definitely a scam.

    spent over 10k usd on whatnot and once I had 5 packages totalling 500 usd delivered to me at once soaked due to the floods here. were completely damaged. got a refund after sending a ******************. never had an issue before or after that until now. I have two orders that were shipped to me but not haven't been trackable since 2 weeks and they won't give me a refund claiming buyer abusive of refund policy. that is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. How was that flood or now these missing packages abuse of refund policy? What about the 140 odd orders that got 5 stars from me leaving these 7 out? It has everything to do with the carriers they used and the have shifted the blame on the buyer. Have never experienced anything like this in my life on **** or any other app. Be careful.

    I won a giveaway on what not recently. It was listed as a buyers giveaway. However I know that there are additional ways to win such as entering via a web form. So I did so. I won the giveaway and the seller canceled because I had not bought anything. I tried to explain that per what not policies and US law I had used the alternate form of entry. She continued to say she wasnt going to do anything because I hadnt bought anything. This claim is against what not however because I reached out to them after to try and resolve the issue and was not happy with the solution they had. Per their own policy the seller will be held responsible for unfulfilled giveaways and, in some cases, may be billed back for the estimated value of the giveaway. and Requiring purchase to win a giveaway is prohibited and you will be subject to **************** many jurisdictions; it is illegal to require a purchase to enter a giveaway. What I would like from filing this report is an assurance that the sellers account in question will be reviewed and she will also be notified of her violation of what not policy and the law. I would like them to hold her responsible for the unsent sent giveaway. And in best case scenario have it sent to me or reimburse me the value of the giveaway and shipping which would have been close to $25. $20 for the product and $5 and some change for the shipping. Below I have included a photo of the product. My correspondence with the seller, as well as my correspondence with what not. I will file a separate complaint against the seller herself if what not cannot resolve the issue. Thank you for your time.

    Complaint Against: Whatnot, Inc.Description of Issue:I was permanently offboarded as a seller on Whatnot under the claim of Non-Compliant Surprise Product(s). The issue stemmed from placing small items (a keychain and an air freshener) inside cosmetic bags that were part of my surprise wheel sets. At no point did I attempt to mislead buyers, and the Surprise Product Policy does not clearly state that including small, related accessories would be considered mixing product types.After my first violation, I immediately corrected my actions and continued selling in good faith. However, my second violation resulted in a permanent selling ban without any warning, despite the fact that I had shown compliance efforts. I asked Why the second violation did not warrant another warning, but Whatnot refused to answer and has now closed my case without further review.I believe:The policy is vague and was applied unfairly.The punishment was disproportionate given my good faith efforts and ************** buyers and community were negatively impacted, as many have expressed disappointment and a desire for me to return.Whatnot refuses to provide transparency regarding the escalation of enforcement actions.Resolution Requested:I am asking for Whatnot to:1.Reopen my case and provide a fair review.2.Consider reinstating my selling account with the opportunity to comply under clearer guidelines.3.Provide an explanation as to why my second violation did not receive a warning, despite prior good-faith compliance.I have built a strong reputation with excellent reviews and loyal buyers, and I believe Whatnots handling of this matter was unjust and damaging to both myself and my customers.

    On 7/7/2025 I placed an order. I never received the order. I reach out to them using the process they suggest, but I have not gotten any help. And one point they asked me for the order number, which I gave them, but thats all I have gotten as far as a hint of help. I have been constantly emailing them this whole time begging for help, but all I get is an automated response with says nothing and doesnt help. Im at a loss now as to what to do!!! And they are not offering any help!

    I purchased 12 labubus from seller bonbonworld on July 30. All 12 were different orders. They bundled it and sent me 2 cases (6 boxes in each case) and shipped to me in one box. All 12 labubus were fake. The outside qr on the box scans authentic. But the qr itself goes to a fake popmart site. I am requesting refunds for the 11 orders below. I was originally asked to send 5 pics of each doll (60 pics in total) via email but my email cant upload that many pics!! Its also ridiculous to put the customer thru so many hoops especially since we send it back for inspection anyways. Additionally if I was sent 2 cases, pics of one doll each from each case should suffice. But to not delay I took my time and submitted ************************************************************************************** there bc I cannot send all the pics in one email. I requested just ONE RETURN LABEL for all of these as they were bundled and shipped to me together and I dont have multiple boxes to ship individual boxes. These are the order numbers. ********* ********* ********* ********* ********* ********* ********* ********* ********* ********* ********* I put the request above in all 11 claims. Asking for one return label. They email me back a return label for only 6 of the 11 orders smh. I endured them but the vendor support is incompetent. I messaged them on instagram and TikTok and they would not respond. I asked for a phone call they said no. I even sent a message to the ceo ********** on ********. This is the worst customer service. I wax scammed by this company and they are treating me as if I am the problem.

    I was banned from using the Whatnot App for disputing 4 charges for items I did not receive or did not receive a response from the Whatnot Seller, I had valid emails, pictures, etc but now I have no access to this information since I have been "banned"
