    Upon typing my name in ******** search engine, Trellis is publishing confidential information of my civil lawsuit, along with personal information such as full name, home address and phone number. Publishing this information constitutes a breach of privacy and potentially could harm myself, my family and future employment. You do not have permission, or consent to sell or use such information for monetary purposes. Please remove this information from your company database, and redact all identifiable information from visibility on all search engines, else Ill be filing a lawsuit against this organization, including grounds for a class action suit as many others like myself have experienced such similar concerned.

    I have reach out to Trellis Law to remove my court case from ****** search they refuse to remove the information I have personally tried to reach out to them asking them to redact my information from there website my middle initial D letter is still being shown on there website when my daughter ****** her name trellis website appears she has also reach out to them via contact support thru there website asking to redact her information which they did but when she type her name on ****** it still appears please BBB pls fix this sensitive matter I understand it's public record but I kindly asked them to redact my information they give that option to do so Im asking for them to redact my whole entire information including my daughter address *********************** somebody can get that just an address and can cause potential harm or identity theft to my daughter.

    Trellis Law is publicly displaying my case along with other personal information on their site that has been recently permanently sealed by the courts as of March 22, 2024. I have a court order signed by a judge, granting the sealing of my case and records.

    I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue regarding false and damaging information hosted on your website. Specifically, the "Request to Remove Records" webpage on your site, intended for users to request removal of false information, is malfunctioning. Upon attempting to use the designated form to submit a removal request, the **** of the record you request to be removed" field is locked on *********************** and does not permit submission. The system displays an error message stating "Failed to submit removal request." This technical issue prevents users from effectively exercising their right to have false records removed from your platform. Furthermore, there is no alternative contact information or means provided to facilitate the removal of false information.This is highly damaging for all who are damaged by this website. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

    This website is predatory and engages in deceptive business practices. The redaction tool is completely useless as as soon as they redact your name from a public record they immediately publish a new page with the same info. I have been forced to contact them repeatedly for over two years demanding my name be redacted. They are publishing a court case I filed against a landlord. This appears as the top of my ****** results. It has prevented me from obtaining new housing for over a year and significantly harmed my ability to earn income as a self employed small business owner. None of the other public records / court search websites allow these results to appear in ****** you have to create an account and search records behind a wall. I have contacted them over a dozen times demanding my name be removed but as mentioned once removed they publish a new page right after it is a never ending cycle. These people are absolutely horrible to deal with they have no clue how to program their own website to prevent this from happening over and over. I am at the point of threatening legal action. It is my decision if I want to advertise a lawsuit I filed not theirs. The damage they are causing to consumers with these deceptive practices is severe based on the amount of complaints online. They have a redaction request process but if they are going to keep publishing new pages it is completely useless and a breach of privacy. They should not be allowing search engines to access this info. I am absolutely fed up with having to waste this much time contacting the same company over and over and over for the same exact request. This is ONE lawsuit I requested my name be redacted from. Two years later I am still dealing with this. They clearly have no clue what they are doing and are unable to properly program their own website. I want my name PERMANENTLY redacted or removed from the website immediately.

    I googled my name and found a listing from Trellis Law - ******************************** Fs, as Trustee of Upland Mortgage Loan B.V. , concerning a five year old Mortgage Foreclosure case in *************, *******. I am named along with my deceased husband of seven years. I contacted Trellis to have this removed and told them I was not responsible for this mortgage as I did not sign the note. The only signer on the note was my husband. They removed all of the names but left the *** and all of the documents. A few days later the *** contained my name again. I want this removed as I am being defamed and blackmailed to pay to have documents sealed for a mortgage I was not responsible for.

    I paid $179/month for their data as a mean of filtering my new hires. The data they provided to me were outdated badly. I crossexamine a few with other sources, comparing to others. Trellis law has the most inaccurate data which caused me money and time during the hire process. When I tried to reach out to them about this. There is no customer service number and their reply is very slow, the response I got was that they denied their fault and refused to return me money. Their customer service is so bad and useless. They are scammers, be careful!!

    I signed up for a free trial. I got the information I wanted and canceled my subscription, all within an hour. They proceeded to charge me $39.95/mo for 4 months. I didn't notice cause I don't monitor my checking as close as I should. They stole 4 payments of $39.95 from me.
