    During a name search my son found my name on the internet which included a legal case I was involved with in 2015 while working at a hospital. Trellis law has the case listed which was a discrimination case that we won and my name was clear. Trellis law has only posted the complaint listed not the outcome which is a complete attack on my reputation and character.. ************ needs to remove my name from this posting immediately. Based on other complaints this law firm has a pattern of trying to put personal items out there to damage and harm reputations. It is a disgrace.

    Trellis law has listed my personal information that a family court matter. It is affecting my safety and my employment.

    I did a ****** search online of my fully name and the first thing that popped up was a court case I had with my mother that has since been dismissed by El Dorado County and is complete defamation of character. I fully intend to sue if not dealt with in a timely manner. The case is *********************** vs *********************************.

    This business has sealed divorce legal records about myself and my minor children, with our home address on their website, incorrectly listed as part of bankruptcy case.

    I signed up for a trial and it is impossible to cancel the subscription. There is no information anywhere about HOW to cancel the trial. There is no link to a page where I can manually cancel the trial either. The only option on the account management page is to delete your account. So I asked the customer service form if that is how to cancel my trial and never received a response. I didn't want to delete my account because I hadn't yet cancelled the trial. Then, they charged me for a full subscription and it is impossible to reach anyone by phone, or chat, or otherwise to remedy the situation. The only way is to leave a request in form that is never responded to. These people have engaged in predatory, misleading, and bad faith practices and are scamming people.

    I canceled my subscription as soon as excepted the free trial terms. A deduction of $59.95 was taken out 2 weeks later. I requested a cancellation 3 times. Theres no phone number on the website. I looked them up on BBB and that phone number didnt even work. This business is a scam. I didnt utilize the website being that it didnt even provide what I was looking for.

    I am writing to let other people know not to use this business. They will continue to bill you and if you dispute it with your credit card they will file pages of documentation disputing your dispute. Looking back, this shouldn't be surprising because they are a legal company. As others have said, they make their money digging up legal documents and selling them on the internet.

    I dont know why my divorce case comes out in the internet. This is something very private, and its very unprofessional of your company to put this under my name in the internet. I am a disabled person. I dont want, or need to have this private matter out there for the whole world to see. This is not legal. You better consider taking this off the internet, or I will tell my psychologist. Please be more professional. These are peoples reputations. Thank you. Please handle this matter asap.

    The TRELLIS.LAW website displays my personal and confidential information without my permission. I was not able to remove my information from their website.My information needs to be removed from their website immediately.

    There is some damaging information on your website about me that is entirely false. I want it taken down and want to know how it ended up on your website. I will take this to further actions in court if I need to. It states that I am a sexual predator. As you should be able to understand that this could ruin my life if people or employers seen this and those accusations are entirely false and there is no truth or there are not any circumstances that lead to these being true. I want it taken down immediately.
