      Im 75 and in the 50 plus years of needing an appliance fixed, I have never had someone until now that came that day, had the replacement parts and did a great job. I will recommend to everyone I know

      The technicians from **** have been very nice and professional. I would recommend **** to others. However, they are getting a lower rating due to the 3rd party trusted partner ***** from Appliance Repair Squad. **** outsourced to him, and had him listed as a trusted partner. I would totally disagree with that statement. ***** did come when he was supposed to and was very nice, and ended up being very deceiving. He said I did indeed need a new ice maker and then took payment (half of the part he needed to order$170) for replacing it but never came back to finish the job. After a few phone calls where he did answer, he still never scheduled to come back because I still wasnt in their system and he was going to call me back once I was entered. I never got a call back and he wast answering the phone anymore and never returned my messages. I have contacted **** to let them know he is not to be trusted and that they should not be using him because he has a history of taking payment from customers and then not coming back to finish the job. I wish I would have seen those reviews before accepting him as a replacement.

      Terrible service...I scheduled an appointment for a churning noise that was coming from my refrigerator. The appliance was cooling on both sides (freezer and refrigerator) at that time. I scheduled the appointment to understand what the issue was if it was the compressor going bad or anything else. The technician Guisseppe made the diagnosis that it was from Freon leaking out of the freezer. He said this could be up to $600 in cost which is not worth spending $ on. Because I wasn't having any issues at the time of my appointment for the refrigerator or freezer not cooling I decided it is better to just purchase a new one later. After ********* left I noticed that not only were both sides no longer cooling but there was no water coming out of the water tap and it was no longer making ice...none of these issues I had before the appointment.
