      **** was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful with my decision to repair/replace with new compressor instead of purchasing a new refrigerator. He showed me the gas gauge and explained his testing determining that my compressor went bad therefore, not producing cooling.Thank you!

      I placed a repair order with **** to fix my dryer. I stated the error message I am receiving in my ******* Dryer which is the water symbol with drying cooling light on. I was told to fix issue was going to cost 89plus tax. I sign agreed and schedule the appointment for Saturday June22,2024. When the technician arrived he was unaware of my security camera recording his every movement. He turn in the dryer tried two to three settings. Then proceeded to call a fellow technician and ask him how to upcharge my service. The technician on the phone began to walk him through the steps of trying to change my service. But because I already sign he was unable to . He was then informed by his colleague that he had to call dispatch to change service. So he accidentally call me stating that he is at customer house I stop him stating I am the customer. He apologized and hung up. Oh he did check the voltage level. He then proceed to show me a higher price to fix the dryer and then stated he will try to get a better rate for me. I paid him for the so call diagnostic which was him basically talking to another tech for 7 to 10 minutes about up charging me. He then left me his on private company card called Yeti stating he has the part and can do it a little cheaper . I will not recommend this company to anyone. I pray that my money was a blessing for him . Also when I call in to make a complaint and ask to speak to a supervisor I was told by dispatch ****** there was no supervisor at all. She was very unprofessional and couldnt tell the truth. When I confronted her about the misinformation she state out her own mouth. She will lie and say I cant understand you or I cant hear you. But she answer the question. I caught her several lies first one about supervisor. When I asked her why didnt she ask me to email my security video to show her the service. I am sadly disappointed in the overall service I receive from this company. I am already battling cancer I didnt expect corruption
