1 starVery poor customer service with scheduling repair of washing machine. On line stated ********************* attempted to on line schedule both days and received close to scheduled time that I needed to reschedule. Scheduled again today before 8AM on line and got 3-5 pm time window and got call at 2pm that they had no tech, and they were cancelling the call.Puls Technologies, Inc.

Thank you for reaching out. We are terribly sorry we were not able to meet your requested time frames, we always value our customer's time. Our team is currently increasing the number of technicians in your area to avoid this from recurring and have backup technicians ready to send out.
The current available requested time frames are based on the technician's availability however at times due to unforeseen circumstances, those time frames are not met. We have notified our team regarding this issue and they are currently working on a better resolution when it comes to scheduling.
