5 starsOur refrigerator had the defrosting thermometer fail which caused temperatures to go out of control! ****** was there that morning to assess the situation, order the parts, and completed the repairs swiftly. ****** was very professional, organized and answered all of my questions competently. We will be relying on him and his company for appliance repairs from now on. Thanks!

The technician was very knowledgeable about the dryer, he was very efficient and did a great job in repairing the unit.
