3 starsGreat service and timeliness. However, the price was extremely high. I had a water pump ($89 part) replaced and the labor was $300 for an hours worth of work. I was definitely not happy about that. I should have replaced the part myself.Puls Technologies, Inc.

Hello, ******. Thank you for your honest feedback. ****' standard pricing estimates are based on the average rates in and around your state. Our technicians do not base the repair cost on the time they spent working on the appliance, the pricing is determined by which part is needed to be replaced. We always provide customers with repair quotes after our diagnosis, and we move forward with the repair only upon customers' agreement to the price. We never pressure the customer into a repair they do not wish to be completed at the price quoted. But if in any case there is an issue with your unit, please let us know right away so you can submit a claim for the 90-day Guarantee for the repair.Review fromKate V
