      He provided good customer service in analyzing the issue. He told us that he thought the wrong control board panel was installed on the back of the refrigerator. He contacted his office for follow-up. He told me that he would come back tomorrow to install the correct part on the refrigerator.

      *** was friendly and professional. He explained the problem and was up front about the cost. That's the service portion. I do feel that $500 to replace the coolant was overpriced. However, it was my refrigerator, so delaying to get another bid was out of the question.

      ****** was excellent! He was professional and very polite. He seemed to be well versed on repairs for my ******* washer. The troubling part was the **** pricing structure. The retail price for a drain water pump for my ******* washer ranges from $21.97 to $43.94. **** charges are as follows:Labor $397.00 Parts (just the water pump) $185.15 ****************** fee $14.90 (cost of background checks)Subtotal $497.05 Sales Tax $41.26 TOTAL $538.31 My technician did give me a price before starting the work. I knew that I was being overcharged as the washing machine was only $975.00 new. However I decided to have the repair made as I needed it working that day. As a former business owner I fully understand the need to to be profitable however not to the extent of charging quadruple the price of a small part. Most all companies do background checks for all new employees. This is the first time I have ever seen a company charge a customer for something that is simply a cost of doing business.I did receive a phone call about an hour before the technician was scheduled to arrive. When I asked her if she had a better idea of when the technician would arrive she only quoted me the original scheduled time of 1:00pm to 3:00pm. She was more interested in selling me a home warranty contract.After seeing what **** charges, I don't think I can afford to do business with this company.Fortunately they do have ****** who seems to be a very good employee.

Our apologies if this ever caused you any inconvenience. ****' standard pricing estimates are based on the average rates in and around your state. We do not use parts from ************* or any other online shops as they do not have warranties on the parts and we can not be sure if it would work.We are getting it directly from the manufacturer or from a certified OEM parts seller such as GE, Whirlpool, and ***** as to why the price is much more expensive. And the labor of the technician is being charged separately, as they need to get paid for their labor and travel time.

      In the meantime, we are still following up with the technician regarding your Guarantee Request. Once we receive a response from him, we will immediately update you on how to move forward with the next process.

      The same day availability and providing the proper mount was what initially sold me! I was getting very overwhelmed trying to figure it out myself. Obi did an amazing job mounting my monstrous TV. He explained in detail why it needed to be 2 inches (means a lot in a small studio) from where I originally wanted it and provided options. He was on time, courteous and didnt rush. He made sure it was exactly how I wanted it. Fantastic service!
