    Purchased **************** 2021 Home and Student on 11/13/23, they charged my charge card on that date for $139.00. Was supposed to receive an email within 30 minutes with the approval license. Instead I received an email asking if I wanted the 2019 version that the 2021 version would take one to 2 weeks due to high purchase volume. I said no I wanted my version and would wait. I've yet to hear anything. I have emailed the company twice, and I have called twice. The first time I held and hung up, the second time I held forever and got a voice mail recording stating someone would get back to me so I left a voice mail stating my name and why I was calling and my return phone number. I never received a call back. I would like the $139 returned to my charge card asap. I believe this entire deal is a scam as now I read and see that others have gone through the exact same thing. It is a pitty that this company is allowed to do this to consumers.

    Yesterday, I purchased software from My Choice Software for $139.99. * 2021 Home and Student License * A link was supposed to be emailed to me with 30 minutes so I could download the software. Also, it took **** hours to receive an email stating, " that due to a heavy demand for product it will be 1-2 weeks before they are able to supply this download link". I have requested a refund because I am not opening the link for the 2019 product instead. I have not heard anything from them as of yet because this should have been handled relatively quickly.

    Today I purchased software from My Choice Software for $139.99. ***************** 2021 Home and Student License) A link was supposed to be emailed to me with 30 minutes so I could download the software. Also I was supposed to uninstall any software it was replacing so I did. Now I'm without any Office program. I received an email stating that due to a heavy demand for product it will be 1-2 weeks before they are able to supply this download link.

    On Friday, October 20th I purchased a code for ********* Windows 10 Professional, 32/64 Bit, Full Version for $99.99 USD. After my computer updated I went to go add the key into computer to activate the product, but was met with error message 0xC004C008 and was informed that my product key was already being used another device. Seeing as I have not yet entered the key, that means I was sold a a fraudulent or previously used code. I either need a new key that will work or I need a refund. Nothing else will satisfy what has been done.

    The following steps will help determine whether the error you've received is a false positive. If you prefer a refund I can submit that request, or if this does not resolve the issue, I am happy to request a replacement from Microsoft.


    1. Navigate to your Start Menu and type "Command" into your search bar. This will bring up a Command Prompt search result.


    2. Right-Click on Command Prompt and Select "Open As Administrator."


    3. Copy and Paste the following command into your Administrative Command Prompt, replacing the ***** placeholder with your product key: slmgr -ipk *****-*****-*****-*****-XXXX


    4. Press the Enter key


    5. Copy and Paste the following command line, then press Enter:
    slui 4


    This will bring up a window that will walk you through the phone activation process.

    On 2/20/2023 I paid $189 for ********* Visio for ********* 365.On 2/22/2023 MyChoiceSoftware demanded and receive $10 more.No software and product key or license were received despite multiple calls to product support in March and April. On April 11 I determined the link I received yielded no product and no license. (I bought the ********************** and received it same day from another vendor.). When I asked MyChoiceSoftWare for a refund, the support person cited the 30-day refund policy and denied any refund.

    I see the reason for the $10 checkout that was sent was because the original purchase was for a government product, so we reached out for government credentials, and as this was not for a government entity, we converted the purchase to a non-government license at your request instead of cancelling and refunding the order. Your product was delivered to you via email, I am happy to resend it to you if needed, but we are unable to provide a refund as it is outside the 30 day period outlined below:

    This devious response is what Is to be expected.  The $10 charge is understandable.  It is the total $190 ($10 + $180) for which I receive no software, no product key, and no license.  After several frustrating calls to tech support at this company that did not provide the purchased software I turned to another company. This other company provided excellent service; I installed the software on the same day of purchase.  MyChoiceSoftware is not my choice nor should it be for others.

    Yesterday, in the afternoon of April 29, I purchased a windows 10 home key from MyChoice software and a few hours later upon receiving my confirmation email I attempted to type in the key to activate windows on my computer. The key they had sent was already activated by someone else and re sold to me as a scam. I have sent an email and havent gotten a reply and in the email they initially sent it says no refunds. This website is definitely a scam and I would like to be refunded in full my $89.99.

    I purchased a Window 10 Professional license from this company on March 8, 2023 for $99.99. The product key I received had been activated by someone else before It was emailed to me. I'm a full time student and had to purchase a whole new laptop with Windows already installed and activated. After I sent multiple emails to the company explaining the issue, I finally received an email that said my refund process has been initiated on March 31, 2023 and it will take 5-7 days to process. The email also said I needed to delete the email I had received with the product key. As of April 7, I have not received a refund nor have I been contacted by anyone else with the company.

The refund was requested on March 31 and does take 5-7 business days to process as ********* does go through a process to ensure the key was not activated. Once approved, the refund was issued.     Bought online software that does not work and is likely inauthentic and bootlegged. Requested a refund and was denied despite their online policy. Was threatened when I said I was going to file a complaint with my bank.

    It looks like our support staff was attempting to assist with the issue or help submit a refund request. The response we got was that the customer would prefer to contact their bank for a refund instead of going through our refund process. Due to excessive amounts of profanity that the customer was asked to stop using when speaking with our agent, our agent did let her know that he would hang up if the profanity continued.

    I have sent 9 emails with a complaint but mychoice has done nothing to resolve the problem.Their gaming system has consistently cheated and glitched and caused me to lose millions of credits and when I complain, they say its not their system. It is an unfair percentage winning system, and what a player wins more the system quits giving when its percentages and starts causing the player to lose large amounts of credits I have made several complaints with no recourse or no resolve to the problems I have videoed the game and shown where its glitched in and malfunctions while Im playing, but they dont care.

    On Dec. 13, 2022, I ordered online at Mychoicesoftware.com software: ************ PDF Advanced. My receipt information is: bought and paid for Dec. 13, 2022, @ 9:31pm, Order #**********, Customer ID # *************, Items Ordered: ************ PDF Advanced for $214.99 ($219.99 -$5.00 (Discount(MC5)=$214.99). The software was stated to reach me via my email: ******************* within 30 minutes. I called Mychoicesoftware.com at ************** on Dec. 14, 2022, and was told by **** that it may take up to 5-7 business days to receive the license via email. I called Dec. 16, 2022, and again Dec. 27, 2022, and again Dec. 28, 2022. I called Dec. 30, 2022, and today Jan. 2, 2023, and Mychoicesoftware.com's phone number ************** as well as their other phone number ************** state that their offices are closed. I still have not yet received the promised product. It did not ever reach my email Inbox or Spam folder. Mychoicesoftware.com's representatives kept stating that the Nuance license was coming, that they were waiting to receive it from Kofax (the owner of the Nuance software), but when I called Kofax (Kofax tel: ************) on Dec. 27, 2022, and Dec. 28, 2022, they said there is no order to be processed in their system to be delivered to Mychoicesoftware.com.I would like a full refund of the $214.99 paid. Mychoicesoftware.com should be reported as a scam company. I now see other complaints from people also scammed out of their money.This is a crime.Thank you.*********************** ************ *******************
