    I was having issues activating my Windows 10 product. I called My choice to get some help with my "activation" of my Windows product. ***** took over my computer to handle the activation in way less time than I ever could. Thanks *****.

    After receiving many emails from a company named My Choice Software, I decided to order **************** 2021 Home and Student from them, online, for my Mac computer. I clicked on the link they provided in one of the emails and put the order through.I am certain that I chose to get the Mac computer version, but somehow it got switched to the ** version. It may be my fault, or not; I do not know. Nevertheless, I made the further mistake of entering the Product Activation Key number, a thing which, according to My Choice Software, permanently seals the sale so that the app cannot be returned and the money that was charged to my credit card will not be refunded.Since I had not actually downloaded nor installed the **************** 2021 Home and Student app to my computer, I called My Choice Software and asked them to kindly switch my order and send me the Mac OS version. Their agent refused, saying that I was now stuck with owning the ** version because I had entered the Product Activation Key number. All he would do is sell me the Mac version, with no refunding of my money for the ** version.My complaint is simple. It should require no great effort on the part of My Choice Software to simply rescind my original order, reassign another Product Activation Key number to it, and send me the Mac OS version. In my estimation, My Choice Software is being unfair and unfriendly.

    Excellent service & support from Gabe! He was so very helpful in fixing a problem I was having loading ********* 365 onto my computer. I won't hesitate in calling again in the future if needed. Thanks Gabe! ************
