    My recent order had 2 items I didnt order and was missing 2 that I did order. Immediately dealt with a chat bot-very frustrating. Assured my order would be sent. I got an email stating under review, then another rejecting my claim asking for more info. A link was NOT sent to provide that information. I spent an inordinate amount of time trying to find it. At one point I was caught in a frustrating loop. Finally found the form, attached the requested pictures-fortunately I hadnt yet destroyed the shipping label-and then there was no way to send the form. No button to click it forward. I contacted chat bot, took awhile before the bot connected me to someone. The bot kept wanting to solve the problem. Again very frustrating. The person I chatted with reiterated the same conversation from the day before-scripted? He asked me to send him the pictures. I waited and waited. Asked if he was there a few times before I got a response-multitasking? I did not feel valued as a customer. He stated the pictures didnt come through, though I could see them in the chat. FINALLY he said he would override the system and send my requested products. In my original order there was someones plastic Iherb cap. Didnt appreciate getting someones used hat in my order-disgusting frankly.
