    I have been ordering supplements (and occasionally food and skincare) from iHerb for a few years now and have never had any serious issues that weren't resolved. Once, I didn't receive an order when the shipper said it was delivered and iHerb sent me a new order to replace it right away. I actually got the original order at a later date and iHerb told me to keep it. Their customer service was helpful and courteous. I have never had a quality issue with any products I've ordered from them. I haven't experienced anything like the bad reviews on here mention so I can't comment on that.

    An excellent example of customer service - - Ease of ordering, a simple web interface - Excellence in products - Seamless ordering and prompt delivery On this particular order, I was desperate for a probiotic. I had forgotten to order it. iHerb provided a Sunday delivery with standard free shipping. I'll be forever grateful.Occassionally, they are out of stock but notify their customers as soon as it's available.Thanks for your great products and service.

    I like this company as there products are reasonably priced but they have horrible customer service. You cannot reach a live person to talk to about an order. If they could approve upon the aforementioned, it would definitely be a plus.

    I HAVE BEEN AN IHERB CUSTOMER FOR MANY YEARS.I BUY **** OF HEALTH PRODUCTS ON THEIR WEBSITE. WHAT I LIKE THE MOST IS THAT THEY TELL YOU THE EXPIRATION DATE ON EVERY PRODUCT AND TO ME THAT IS ULTRA IMPORTANT BECAUSE I KNOW IF THE PRODUCT IS FRESH..NO OTHER COMPANY THAT I KNOW DOES THIS.THIS WAY I NEVER HAVE TO SEND ANYTHING BACK LIKE YOU HAVE TO DO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY IF THE PRODUCT IS OLD AND NOT FRESH.THE ONLY THING THAT I DONT LIKE IS THAT THEY ARE PRICEY ON ALOT OF ITEMS AND MAYBE THEY WILL LOWER THEIR PRICES A LITTLE? BUT I THINK THEY ARE A VERY GOOD COMPANY AND I PAY THE EXTRA MONEY BECAUSE I KNOW THE PRODUCTS ARE GOOD. ALSO THEY SEND YOUR ORDER OUT SUPER FAST.I WILL CONTINUE TO BUY FROM THEM BECAUSE THEY HAVE JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING THAT I WANT.SERVICE IS GREAT ALSO.
