    Absolutely horrific experience - do not buy from this company. The "help" center was no help whatsoever. There are zero options once an order is placed to update, change, or cancel an order with typos or errors. I placed the order later in the evening (past the time they manage the phone lines). I immediately opened the ticket last night. A rep responded to that ticket at 6:30am the following morning when the status was that a label had been created (not shipped) and they were going to get it changed by calling their warehouse. After requesting an update nearly 10 hours later, I was told it was shipped and there was nothing they could do.The reps were rude and not helpful. Stay away from this company.

    Chat and only got replied once and left me in tears waiting for reply. Called and left message as well. Received dentures around 10am and up to 1:30 pm I was trying to fit them. Nowhere on there small print does it say it isn't for everyone. My overbite wouldn't allow a right fit even though I surpassed 20x limit they claim. I was hoping to get a chat or call to help me through the process but person ***** that was in chat with me just ignored me . I cried so much today and I'm so overwhelmed. I don't have 400 dollars to throw around and now I'm owing these $400. Someone could of guided me or told me that my jaw isn't aligning right and that these dentures don't over bend to fit me. So disappointing

    They provide wonderful customer service...until the sale is complete!! After that, you are not going to get anyone on the phone again or any response to questions or support. I had high hopes while purchasing the product ...I was fooled. now, I wouldn't recommend the company to anyone.

    I purchased Carex ****** glides with brake. I was told I would receive them in a week. That was 11/26/22, today is 12/6/22 and nothing. Now I am being told that there are backlogs in Asia. I did not but from an ************** I only want my money back.

    I placed an order with senior.com on 10/19/2022 and haven't received my order. I spent $44.95 on Nileeva micellar wipes and the ***** tracking says it hasn't left their warehouse. I have emailed them, several times and have received zero responses. I feel they took my money and ripped me off. If I could give them zero stars, I would! The dummies even requested I give them a review on my purchase...how am I supposed to do this, when I've never received my order? DUH!!!

    Our deepest apologies thsi order did not arrive. The manufacturer ended up discontinuing this item and we ran out of stock before your order came in. You did receive a full refund on 11/15. Thank you

    I just checked my account and there was no refund for $29.74, from Planters Home Shop!
