    On 13 Aug 2025, I purchased a scooter for my Mom through Senior.com. The product showed up damaged and doesnt work. I tried getting a replacement, after 8 weeks, I finally requested a refund. As of today 17 Nov 2025, they wont answer emails, phone calls, they are just ignoring me. No refund, nothing from them.

    At the company's request, I returned a personal floor lift which arrived missing the charger and appearing to have been used. Senior.com, the company, said that they would ship a new lift to me. That was in August. It has not arrived, nor has a refund been issued. I need help resolving this problem.

    I order a lower mandible denture, I was sent the upper. I called and they asked me to return the item, which I did. I was sent a return label, I sent the item back and the ***** tracking number shows they received it (FED EX tracking number: 7976 *********). I was called to see if I wanted a refund or the correct item sent. I asked them to send to correct item. It has been over a month and i have not received to order, nor was I offered a resolution. My calls and emails are going unanswered. I've attached screenshots of the original order, return shipping label, tracking showing the return was received, and our email correspondence. This company seems to be scamming senior citizens. Please help

    I placed an order and did not receive item. First email was answered. They said they would look into it snd let me know. Didnt hear anything. Second email was unanswered. Left message on phone to receive callback but never received a call.

    I ordered a mobility scooter and the pkg is lost I've asked for refund 4 times now and no response. I've called and they said they are researching. It's lost by ****** It's not my problem. I've asked for refund so I can order another one. I need it asap.

    Date of Transaction: June 9, 2025 Amount Paid: $2,349.00 What the Business Committed to Provide:A functional Robooter E60 ******************** Wheelchair with Omni-Directional Wheels.Nature of the Dispute:My Robooter E60 wheelchair is completely non-functional, displaying an E6 error code and refusing to move. I am fully reliant on this wheelchair for mobility and am currently housebound.I first reported this issue on September 24, 2025. Despite multiple follow-ups over three weeks, the issue remains unresolved. The company representative provided troubleshooting steps from the manufacturer, which I completed and reported back:Error persists after battery removal/reinstallation Cannot complete one step due to a stripped ***** s**** that came defective from the factory No visible damage on any components Offered to install replacement parts if provided On October 14, 2025, I sent a final follow-up with a deadline of October 25, 2025 for repair confirmation or requesting a full refund. As of October 16, 2025, I have received no response.Has the Business Tried to Resolve the Problem:Minimal effort. Initial acknowledgment followed by delayed troubleshooting steps. No parts have been sent, no timeline provided, and no response to my final communication requesting resolution.Additional Information:I am completely dependent on this wheelchair. Being housebound for nearly a month is causing significant hardship and interfering with essential daily activities.Desired Resolution:Full refund of $2,349.00 to purchase a reliable replacement mobility device.

    I ordered Nepro Dialysis vanilla shakes (6) on August 23, 2025. I was informed by phone they were out of stock and wouldn't have them until end of September. I agreed to wait for the order and let them keep my payment of $47.63. I've never received the order. I've tried calling them numerous times only to get voicemail- which I left order# info asking where is the order. No response. I've sent several emails. No response there either. Here it is October 20th and I've been completely ignored.I'm a disabled bedridden senior on limited income. I want either the order immediately filled and sent asap - or a fast refund. This company has no right to even be on BBB.

    On August 27th 2025 I purchased a scooter from Senior.com. The web site said they had 15 in stock. On September 5th i received a phone call from Senior.com stating the scooter was not in stock and they didn't expect it to be till around the 18th but it would ship out on the 22nd of September. On September 19th i had not received any emails or phone calls about the scooter or shipping detail so i called Senior.com. The gentleman i spoke to on the phone said the scooter was still not in stock and wasn't expected till October 20th. I told him this was unacceptable and wanted to cancel the order. He told me he was not able to cancel it since it was a large order but he would have the sales team reach out. i told him to make sure to put in the computer i want to cancel he said he would. A week later i still had not received any emails or phone calls about canceling my order so i reached out again. i not been able to talk to a actual person on the phone since they have a computer help desk all communication has been threw there. i have asked to speak to a manager or supervisor multiple times and never have. i have asked over and over to cancel the order and nothing. i have asked where is my order nothing the website shows 15 in stock. There is a loan on the scooter threw Bread pay i have contacted them and there's nothing they can do till Senior.com cancels the order. I JUST WANT THIS ORDER CANCELED. I have even reached out to Senior.coms CEO on ******** asking for help to cancel the order and nothing.

    Ordered a 2k motorized wheelchair for my mother. It was never shipped, no tracking provided. And all calls and emails go unanswered.
