    Returns are very bad. Emailed the company that I was going to return the item because it was way to large and no support at all, have emailed them twice with no response. Believe me I will not order from them ever again and will advise my many friends not to order from them also.

    Well if i could get away with 0 stars to write a review about seniors.com i would. Well,i just seen the other people on here poor reviews about senior's.com. But,like everyone else i done ordered and looks like i'm going to be ripped off too with a 15% restocking fee. I ordered the do it yourself bottom dentures from senior.com. I have not even received the package yet. Hoping to catch Fed-ex before they drop this garbage off at my door and re-fuse the package. It's not like i have the package in my hand and then decide to send it back,this is wrong! These people need to be stopped 15% is over $35.00 fee for a so called restocking fee! I am on disability and this has fianancially hurt me bad!

    I purchased a humidifier tested with water the only usage. The humidifier was constructed in a strange way it is hard to operate. It is a unit that separates to pour water. The separated unit you have to turn upside down unscrew the cap and fill the unit with water. Now it is heavy to turn back again upside up and unite the humidifier with another half of the unit. For elderly people it is not suitable. The company started to give me direction how to send the humidifier back. than another person was going to send me a label to my email in order to send the humidifier back she appeared apologizing and informed not refundable. It said everywhere returnable with other products.It was not the money but the principle of lying.How can they operate the only to stop people from buying from to me they are scammers.

    Horrible customer service. Bought a $350 ****** and it had a bad wheel due to bearings inside the wheel that squeaked like a howling cat from the first day, not from use. After 5 separate calls they refused to replace it and told me I could pay them $25 for a new wheel or I could go to the manufacturer and file for a warranty replacement. I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing.

    I also should have read the return policy before I purchased from them. Everything seemed so easy but I should have known better. Wish I would have read these reviews before I purchased dentures for my mom. I actually thought I had messed up the first one so I reordered it but realized they were not going to work. Too good to be true. Regret ever having found this company.

    BUYERS BEWARE! This company cares nothing about *** or the elderly; they are lining their pockets with restocking fees! I bought a 450$ transport chair that arrived damaged. I was told to return it, and I did. They took 75$ from my refund for a restock fee! Egregious! We have a lot of choices on where to spend our money - DON'T SPEND IT WITH SENIOR.COM.

    I would give -10 if that was an option. I ordered a product on April 2 , 2023 and it arrived 4/10/23. Unfortunately it was not the product i ordered, something similar. After contacting "customer service" to inform them of THEIR error and requesting an exchange, i was told i had to send them a picture of the wrong, unused item and then had to wait 3 days for approval of an exchange...FOR THEIR MISTAKE. I sent the picture and was eventually granted an exchange which included a slip and tracking number to send via **** with a return date of April 20 required. I shipped and as per tracing it was received at their business April 20. Then...CRICKETS. No email stating the received item or that exchange would be sent immediately, no communication of any sort. I checked on website of the status of my order and it said that part of website was undergoing maintenance. There is apparently NEVER anyone answering the phone for customer service...when i finally got through the person told me they didn't have the item i had actually ordered in stock to send me. At that point i said i request a refund because this was ridiculous. He agreed and said THAT would take a few days because it required another APPROVAL. He was supposed to call me back later that day and i have yet to hear anything from company ..not even an email. So we are approaching one month that they have had both my money AND the returned item. I have already bought the item from Amazon and it arrived the next day. I wanted to buy from businesses other than Amazon to support smaller businesses but i guess i picked the WRONG business to support. 0/10 do not recommend.
