1 starOrdered a **** Chair from Amazon page Chair comes w a cushion Delivery date was scheduled for 5/29/24. ******* was delivered Unannounced on 5/18/2024. Still expected the chair on 5/29/2024. No delivery to date. Today is 6/124. Left several inquiries on Amazon. No Response from company to date. Called the company telephone number no answer. A chair for a 96 year old senior!!! I wouldnt do business with them again. Will not let this go! Shameful Shady Business

1 starI paid for two days shipping and received my package nine days after it was ordered. I sent emails and placed phone calls and never received up to date information regarding the status of my package. I noticed my company is not the only customer that has had this shipping issue with Senior.com. We will NEVER use this company again due to its lack of good customer service.
