1 starThe conditions I received my unit in were a nightmare! The front door was very dirty with a chard coating as if there was a fire in the location, my assigned unit smelled of smoke and marijuana, the bedroom door was broken and hanging from the hinges, the common area stove in the kitchen was old and in a inappropriate state, the carpet was very dirty and moldy. I also witnessed a fight on the property while leaving, which made me feel even more unsafe here. My move in date was August 18th, the apartment however was not ready which further justify my right to be released from the lease, the apartment was not ready to receive any tenant this is therefore a breach of contract and false advertisement. The reason given was that the establishment was having issues with their key machine. This issue resulted in $330 in hotel fees which was undue hardship caused by the social 2700 inability to prepare and have the apartment ready for their tenant. To add insulted injury, the key that was administered the following day on August 19th did not work, the only way i was able to access the apartment was because the door was unlocked. When I raised my concern with manager *****************, i was told that since I am an international student It would be impossible to find a replacement tenant this is not only an unprofessional behavior this is also discrimination against a foreign national. I feel I was discriminated against because i am an international student and therefore was given the apartment and bullied into finding a replacement because Im non American. The state law prohibits landlords from forcing tenants no matter their origin to remain in an uninhabitable place. The landlord is obligated to provide appropriate accommodation to their tenants. The way I was treated by social **** management team is unacceptable Do not go there!!Trinity Property Consultants

1 starWhere should I start. I have been living in the **************** property for only twelve days. The first day I received the key I walked in to a leaking ceiling that was half way painted when it was fixed. Later on that night I realized there was no hot water. I waited almost two days for that to be fixed. I have to go to my old place to take showers because the tub has been stopped up since Ive been there. Maintenance has came to fix it but its still stopped up with debris coming up out of the drain. Its a very big mouse hole under the kitchen cabinet that I requested to be fixed and its still there. I received a nonpayment letter on my door which was out rite humiliating and was told to just disregard it because my money orders wasnt cleared yet but that damage was already done. And I also have seen roaches. I have lost time from work from being so stressed out and being tired from having to spend nights at my moms house. I already suffer from severe anxiety and depression and this complex is starting to affect my mental health really bad. I paid almost **** dollars to move in and not even feel comfortable in my own house. And to add insult to injury I dont feel comfortable even calling the rental office anymore because they are acting as if I am the problem. This is unreal. I need answers or I need out of this lease otherwise I will start to seek legal help.Trinity Property Consultants

1 starI am a new resident at the ************** Apartments. I have to admit, I was in a tight spot and tight position with the last landlord(s) I had experienced. I thought I finally found a leasing team that wasnt trying to just take people for their money. My goodness was I wrong! The manager here did the least bit of communicating when the issue of how much was owed for the month. This is REALLY my fault for taking the keys from the manager without getting or even viewing the lease. I thought Trinity Property Consultants slogan revolves around, "Rent With Confidence!!We put our commitment to transparency, community, customer service, and rewards at the forefront of everything we do, making sure youre informed and comfortable every step of the way." How is this when the manager refused to be accountable for the mistakes made on his part. So because they are the "Corporation", they are believed. This is so unfair... I wish I had never moved here!!!!!!Trinity Property Consultants

1 starI have lived at the Arrive South Loop for 3 years and this year the & I have watched this building & the mgmt go down significantly! I spend close to $3000, in rent each month, yet I can get a single of my package delivered without someone stealing them! And it's not just me, other tenants have the SAME issue each day. This is not right as there need to be one person available to streamline packages. I lived in Lake *******, Prairie Shores, a Private condo w 30 floors in the south *********** ALL a person available to streamline the packages to AVOID theft! That is a 5th grade level job YET this mgmt & the Trinity Properties REFUSED to do that for us here! Oh and don't forget about the constant UNLOCKED storage door that anyone can walk in & talk packages! SMH I have sent several emails to the management downstairs yet, no one cares & I am often met w angry & unprofessional customer mgmt reps in the building as if I did something w wrong! All I did was pay $3000k in rent of my hard earned money yet, nasty unprofessional customer service w the "I don't care" attitudes is what I'm given as as other tenants. I am beyond tired & frustrated. If you can avoid this location, pls do so! Perhaps you need to avoid all the locations under Trinity Properties bc they may all be the same...Trinity Property Consultants

1 starThe Heights at ******** is extremely unorganized and unprofessional. I completed an online application(non refundable $300) as I was outside of *****************. They called on Saturday to tell me they were changing the apartment number after I already chose an apartment and completed the application. False and outdated information on the website. Fast forward to the the week I was hoping to move in, nothing had been done. *** communicated with *************************** and every day she stated she was doing different task to get me moved in. It was all lies, I have the email chain of how she claimed to have been completing rental verification on Tuesday and she had never sent anyone anything. Then I called my prior property management company as I was doing the job for the agent and the heights at ******** document provided was an employment verification with someone elses name and the address of a property I own in another state. I have the document and it was indeed an employment verification not a renters. I moved to this city because of a new job and ****** insisted I give her 2 forms of income, and ** constantly asking her why was this not stated in the application process. What if renters only have 1 job? ****** is clearly inexperienced in property management and communication is awful as I had to call/email her everyday with no answer or no resolve to her mistakes. She even asked for my prior year W-2 which is not an approved form per the renters application. I gave her my HR Directors email and phone number which is located on the offer letter and its a 6 figure offer and the apt was only **** a month. The offer letter and the application said an offer letter was a proof of income document as long as you hadnt been in the job 2 months. I had been on the job 2 days at that point. Horrible experience and Ive never had a late rental payment or eviction in my life. I will post reviews everywhere regarding my experience as a means to help the next renter.Trinity Property Consultants

1 starWe've only lived here for one month. Undisclosed to us when we moved in was mold under the kitchen sink, broken dishwasher, and no heat. We've tried repeatedly to get these things fixed and put multiple tickets in their system. We were recently kicked out of the office for trying to get these issues resolved. The staff told **, "It's not their job to resolve our problems." We asked for their supervisor, but they have not provided ** with any information. Yesterday my car was towed for my tires being over the white line. I paid $400 to get it out. We were not given any apartment rules. We can't imagine living here for eleven more months. This is the worst experience we have ever had renting. We don't know what to do. We are so unhappy. If I could leave the star blank, I would. They don't even deserve one star.Trinity Property Consultants

1 starThe management staff is not responsive. They assist you when you find them poking around empty apartments on the property, despite their current residents needing attention to leaks in their home. They are attending to a current ongoing problem, but their maintenance staff is rude and inconsiderate in leaving a mess in the home. No updates have been given about the occurring work despite the home having large holes cut out of the wall and left open for vermin to enter. They dont care about your rising electricity bill due to the maintenance staff leaving their electric dryers in the home that is blowing around loose drywall and debris left from the mess. When you try to reach the office with your concerns you are placed on hold for many minutes before being left to leave a message on an answering machine. You call emergency services to get some attention to the issue, and they say they will call with updates but no one has reached out. To top everything off, they expect their residents to renew their lease terms with a steadily increasing water bill that is due to the consistent low occupancy in the community. The buildings water is metered by building, the less people able to assist in paying the water bill creates the current residents water bill to be in the $100s and above. Management will continue to see a decrease in retention of their current residents and very few leases for new residents as they have not created any routines for their staff to help in a timely or kind manner. If you choose to live here, be wary of the low pricing and specials they are offering on their website. There is always a reason behind their need to give away money to get people in. It has everything to do with how management is running their staff and attending to problems.Trinity Property Consultants

1 starI was called to Arrive ********* to repair electrical equipment that was damaged do to sprinkler pipes that broke as an emergency service. I stopped by the next day or so with an invoice and was given a number to call and left a message. A few weeks later I dropped off an invoice again and was told i would recieve and email, no email arrived. Last week I stopped by on Friday and was told by the person in the office i would recieve an email. I waited till Today Monday April 10, 2023 and went to the office. The response from the office manager onsite when i told her i was fed up with no response and that i would *** them was, "do what you have to do."Trinity Property Consultants

1 starI am a resident at one of Trinity Property Consultants' communities, Arrive Oakbrook Heights In the last two months, I have had raw sewage flood my unit TWICE due to poor plumbing, The first time, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. When it happened a second time, and they failed to have the place properly sanitized for 3 days, it's now a pattern and a health/safety concern.Aside from the possibility of having your neighbors' human waste flood your apartment, you will also be subject to insect problems, poorly constructed interiors, uneven flooring, faulty appliances, and improperly sealed windows/doors.They've flooded review sites with positive reviews after a rebranding but do nothing to fix their issues. Read the negative reviews to get an accurate depiction of the property management and ask yourself exactly how much discomfort and incompetence you're willing to live with. Here are a few quotes from the property manager, *******, last time I spoke with her. In regards to the poor build quality:"if you're looking for a nice, new-feeling apartment, this isn't it"In response to raw sewage flooding my unit:"when you're renting in a place like this, unfortunately sometimes you have to pay for the stupidity of your neighbors"Trinity Property Consultants

1 starI have been living at this property now called ReNew ****** Centre in ************, **. for almost 10 years. We have lived through 3 ownership groups and 4 management companies, Trinity being the most recent. This was and still is a great place to live with the exception of the office staff. Before I go on, let me say our rent record is spotless, always paid on or before the 5th of the month. When we signed our first lease, we read it thoroughly. The lease stated smoking of cigarettes in the common area was prohibited. Each year we renewed we just signed, not thinking we had to read through the 3+ page contract. Seems that when Trinity took over they decided to make this a smoke free community., which is understandable. However, the most recent manager(who is no longer at this property) and the new PM and Assistant PM advised us we were in violation of our lease because this is an smoke free property. I aggressively questioned the Assistant PM and asked her why like most contracts there was no grandfather clause, so that current tenants would not be affected by the new requirements. I even said, as long standing tenants move out, the units would then be smoke free, a gradual change rather than an abrupt one that is not well known until you find yourself on the wrong end of a lease violation notice. Management does not care about long term residents who pay their rent and fees on time every time.Trinity Property Consultants
