      My company was contracted to clean the dryer vents and replace covers at ****************** in ************ ********. We have not been paid and have been completely ignored by the trinity representatives that hired **. We are seeking for someone higher up to contact **. The girls at the office that hired ** will not help at all at this point it has been 3 months since the work has been completed and the original person scheduling stated the process vendor payment monthly. Now just being ignored.

      When I received the keys to my apartment, I conducted my walk through and took ************ of my unit. My refrigerator had filthy, used ice trays with disgusting residue still in the freezer and the rubber closure on the door was busted and had this nasty exposed substance coming from it. Among other findings in my unit, I notified my leasing consultant, and she assured me that things would be taken care of. Fast forward to a month later these issues STILL were NOT taken care of. Finally, 2 and 1/2 months later my fridge was replaced yet the old one remained in the hallway outside of my unit for another 2 months before they removed it. Other small issues that could've been easily fixed, repaired or replaced, but when I spoke with different maintenance personnel, I was given a spectrum of replies. My favorite one was "How do you know I can help you?" (maintenance supervisor) that I was introduced to, personally, by the leasing agent + they were wearing a company uniform and pulled up to the leasing office in a golf cart. I have submitted maintenance requests only later to get emails stating that the requests have been filled but NOTHING has been done. This has happened several times + reviews on company website of the same. They have a towing company that comes by and tows cars, but you have NO IDEA who that towing company is. I had to find my car via my phone app. When I called the leasing office the response that was given was that they aren't aware of who may have towed the car, but I was given a phone number for the company it could possibly be. There is NO signage for residents or guests to know where cars have been towed. No pictures for proof /reason for towing and NO notification to the rental property/leasing office when a vehicle has been towed. In September I received an email regarding a class action lawsuit against the utility billing company that they use (**********) for wrongful billing of utilities. All of this and not even 6 months living here.

      I have lived at *********** in Alexandria, ** for 4 months and have experienced 2 major maintenance issues within that time. After six weeks of living here, the kitchen sewage backed up and there was sewage that ran through the kitchen and dining room. They attempted to fix it but the problem persisted for weeks. Now the entire property has been without hot water for 48 hours and the tenants are being told multiple lies. The maintenance man who lives on site stated that he wasnt aware of the issue until 12 hours after it was first reported, only after he realized that he didnt have hot water. Since it was the Thanksgiving Holiday the office was closed for 2 days, now that there is a leasing agent in the office she has no clue about whats going on. Weve been told that is a ************** issue, but when we call them that are not aware of an outage. The office staff is very nice, but it doesnt matter how nice they are when maintenance issues are never rectified and the leasing staff is forced to lie to tenants. Although, I was told that this is the better of *********************, Id hate to see what the others are like if this is the better property in Alexandria, VA.

      I wish I could give zero stars. I have. Been dealing with a leak in my ceiling for months. They claim they fixed it. It has never been repaired. The ceiling is going to collapse. It has now spread to the bedroom closet. They do not fix anything. I really wish I could get out of my lease. If you are considering moving into The Hub Apartments in ***********,** please don't! The stain on the ceiling has spread dramatically! I am soo disgusted with the ****************** and Maintenance. It's really sad. I work hard for my money. I have made more than 5 maintenance request for this not to be fixed properly.

      You dont pride yourself on anything. You are not here locally. Still leaking. Nothing is being done. I am talking with a lawyer at this point.
