1 starI have lived at the Arrive Bellevue location in unit 250. I have been a good tenant and always paid my rent on time, kept my **********, and do not cause any disturbances. I have had to tolerate my neighbors in unit 251 with two large pit bull dogs who are left unattended and bark incessantly. There screen is off the front window and trash left in front of their door since January. I have communicated these issues numerous times with our property management team to no avail. I am reaching out for help. There has been an excavation project that has been ongoing that has prevented access from the Old ************ entrance. A dumpster was placed near this from the ***** road back entrance. The dumpster is overflowing with huge amounts of trash that attracts rodents and animals. It is unacceptable and unsanitary. I reported this to the ********* ********************* and was told this was a private vendor and given instructions on how to escalate this to get it cleaned up. This property is so mishandled and it is such a shame because of the trees and the potential it could have. I need assistance.Trinity Property Consultants

1 starThe landlord filed an eviction against me not long after I raised concerns to the city about sewage, mold and water in my basement for months! Same carpet for months ! 6months later the company started repairs! Mold removal and such not once offering another place of residence or anything! Shortly after a lease renewal offer was accepted and approved . I signed my lease renewal because I had just returned to work after being on work comp for 3 1/2 months and there werent any other affordable rentals in the area! The landlord sent a 30 day notice after lease renewal was accepted ,in which funds were paid! Then a 10 day notice which was wrongfully issued 9 days later! The 10 day came certified mail in which a postal carrier signed my name for the certified mail, without me even knowing it! Thats fraud.mail tampering and identity theft! The landlord then entered an eviction 30 days after funds for rent and everything owed was paid! 3 months later we go to courtAfter court proceedings ,The landlord then piled on thousands of dollars of attorneys fees and over $900 of claimed rent owed. Stating I was month to month !!! No certified documents stating month to month or anything!!! The postal carrier later admitted to forging my signature on certified mail! A lease for 12 months had been signed and accepted! Ive been living at this property for 3 years and theyve had 2 different owners through out the years ! With the staggering cost of living and rent going up EVERYWHERE! This was the only affordable option I had at the time. I am a single mother of 3 who has recently undergone surgery to remove cancer and is in the process of healing and recovery! Still paying rent on time and bills! Thank God! My security deposit was more than the $900 claimed rent owed($2300 to be exact in which $1900 would be returned upon vacancy)The landlord and the Judge still moved to kick a sick mother and her 3 children out! I have to find a place in less than 2 weeks! This is outrageous!Trinity Property Consultants

1 starIf you ever consider renting an apartment at The Hub at Baton R ouge, run away as fast as possible, see a mental health professional to help you resolve your fleeting moment of insanity for even thinking about it, and never think about doing business with this business. My wife and I recently moved to ***********. In preparation for our move from ************, we did business via the Internet. The Hub seemed like a reasonable choice because it was reasonably close to ***. I am disabled and am chairborne when it comes to moving around. They advertised that their units had disability access. That is a BLATANT LIE! The ground floor unit we moved into has a 2 inch concrete impediment that is very difficult to negotiate. In order to enter the unit, I have to go around to the other side of the building because there is an ever larger concrete sidewalk that is roughly 4 inches high. When I asked about some sort of accommodation, I was told that I would have to pay for it myself and that they offered no remediation. I have spoken to several apartment managers since then and they gladly said they would make the necessary mediations at their expense. When we moved in, the unit was not ready. We were promised that all our issues would be dealt with. We are still waiting for maintenance workers to replace a front window that was broken before we moved in. That was in June 2023. My wife wound up having to clean the oven. We complained for several months until things were finally addressed. We are also experiencing a form or extortion from the management who refuse to speak with us nor will they compromise. We paid our rent on 12/27. The resident portal showed we owed nothing at the time. We assumed the rent was paid. We discovered, after I emailed them that my rent was not late, that they taged on a utility billing. We complained that we knew nothing about the charge and that they needed to notify people what was happening. Silence was their response!Trinity Property Consultants

1 starYou sent an email about thehub site being upgraded. However you did not mention that my automatic payment would be disabled and now you have charged me $85 in late fees please remove the late fees so I can make my payment an reconfigure the automatic payments. I have reported you to the *** and will be filing a complaint to the ******* Commerce. Your email that does not mention removing automatic payments. This is straight up fraud.Hello Residents! 1 starThey only gave us THIRTEEN MINUTES from the email notice to the time OUR car was towed so they could paint the parking lot at **************** in *********** *********.. They towed everyone's vehicles! The office knew they forgot to send notice until the last minute. It cost over $300 to get my vehicle from the impound lot. This is absolutely unethical and negatively impacted my life. Please address this situation and offer assistance to the tenants affected.Trinity Property Consultants

1 starI contacted the leasing office at ******************** on the 10th of October and still have not received a response. It is now the 26th of October. I contacted them to inquire about lease termination options due to extenuating circumstances. Theres no clear contact information on the site, no listing of a property manager, the leasing office doesnt answer the phone. Theres an online portal to email the leasing team as well but no response there either.. The other day an unknown person from the leasing or maintenance also entered my apartment without notification!Trinity Property Consultants

1 starThe is for the **** Simply put, everyone associated with the management of this property should be ashamed! My daughter signed the contract for a 1-Bed Apt, paid deposit, drove 1000miles with all her stuff for a new job, just to be told they didnt have her apartment or any apartment for that matter. Who does that to someone? After waiting for hours for them to throw some doors on a recently renovated apartment, we were permitted to check it out. Keeping it real, I wouldnt want a homeless person to be subjected to the condition of that place. There was black mold visible in the A/C vents, the recently painted kitchen cabinets and drawers were broken and/or only held together by the new paint. The new carpet looked new, as in it had never been used because it was made 20 years ago and someone found a bunch of it hidden in the basement of a warehouse forgotten about since *******. The shower insert was old, stained, and spiderweb cracked top to bottom. Every wall had a myriad of patches and surfaces that looked terrible. I could go on and on but I think you get the point. This place was heinous and the person who showed it to us said she was meticulous and super picky. ******* checked her integrity at the door. Please, for the love of God, do not move here or subject your children to this place. It is as bad or worse than the reviews I found after my daughter signed the contract. Needless to say, she does not live there and found suitable housing far away from The **** Oh and now I am having to fight to get her deposit back because they wont answer the phone and not even their off-site employees (who cannot help with refunds) can get them to contact me. STAY AWAY at all costs.Trinity Property Consultants

1 starThe conditions I received my unit in were a nightmare! The front door was very dirty with a chard coating as if there was a fire in the location, my assigned unit smelled of smoke and marijuana, the bedroom door was broken and hanging from the hinges, the common area stove in the kitchen was old and in a inappropriate state, the carpet was very dirty and moldy. I also witnessed a fight on the property while leaving, which made me feel even more unsafe here. My move in date was August 18th, the apartment however was not ready which further justify my right to be released from the lease, the apartment was not ready to receive any tenant this is therefore a breach of contract and false advertisement. The reason given was that the establishment was having issues with their key machine. This issue resulted in $330 in hotel fees which was undue hardship caused by the social 2700 inability to prepare and have the apartment ready for their tenant. To add insulted injury, the key that was administered the following day on August 19th did not work, the only way i was able to access the apartment was because the door was unlocked. When I raised my concern with manager *****************, i was told that since I am an international student It would be impossible to find a replacement tenant this is not only an unprofessional behavior this is also discrimination against a foreign national. I feel I was discriminated against because i am an international student and therefore was given the apartment and bullied into finding a replacement because Im non American. The state law prohibits landlords from forcing tenants no matter their origin to remain in an uninhabitable place. The landlord is obligated to provide appropriate accommodation to their tenants. The way I was treated by social **** management team is unacceptable Do not go there!!Trinity Property Consultants

1 starI am a new resident at the ************** Apartments. I have to admit, I was in a tight spot and tight position with the last landlord(s) I had experienced. I thought I finally found a leasing team that wasnt trying to just take people for their money. My goodness was I wrong! The manager here did the least bit of communicating when the issue of how much was owed for the month. This is REALLY my fault for taking the keys from the manager without getting or even viewing the lease. I thought Trinity Property Consultants slogan revolves around, "Rent With Confidence!!We put our commitment to transparency, community, customer service, and rewards at the forefront of everything we do, making sure youre informed and comfortable every step of the way." How is this when the manager refused to be accountable for the mistakes made on his part. So because they are the "Corporation", they are believed. This is so unfair... I wish I had never moved here!!!!!!Trinity Property Consultants
