1 starJust got off the phone with **** at Guardian Litigation trying to cancel my account . At first I gave them a good review but now I'm being drained my other bills are getting higher and felt I need relief . Started program in September of 2022 I've put in over $4,500.00 and they've settled 3 accounts in a total of ******* .I asked to end the program and was told I had to pay 148 more dollars I said guy I talked to at forth said I'd get a check for 600 or so . I said I'm not gonna agree to that and other choice words then he said then he couldn't close account out then . This place has sent me emails and changed names 3 times .I believe they in my own opinion are predators I applied for a consolidation loan to have one monthly payment instead I got these guys telling me they could help pay off my debt and I fell in their trap . Since I wouldn't agree to pay them more they will continue to drain my bank account not to metuon the run around you get trying to get answers and the answers you get aren't what they told you when you initially start. They manipulate and take advantage of vulnerable stressful situations and should be ashamed .Guardian Litigation Group

You hired our firm on or about October of 2022 to settle approximately $12,000 in debt. To date, weve settled about $4900 of that debt for about $2100. When you hired us, you agreed to pay our firms contingency fee (which we did not charge until we settled debts for you). We did not ask you to pay any more than what you agreed to. We are having a supervisor reach out to you today to confirm there is no misunderstanding. Please make sure to take our call. Regardless of what you choose to do, our commitment to getting you out of debt has not changed and we wish you the best of luck in getting debt free.Review fromAnthony M

4 starsWe are very grateful for guardians help with our debt, although the process is moving very slow. Also, it has damaged our credit score even though we were told it would affect it but we didn't think it would hurt us to this level. We will be very happy when all are debt is settled.
