5 starsSo far so good. I have missed a few phone calls from them, They followed up with emails and text messages. They are great at communicating. They made sure I understood the process before I agreed to join their program.

5 starsEverything is explained thoroughly. The staff takes the time to answer my questions. So far they have negotiated with my creditors really well. Most importantly, the monthly contact helps to keep me updated and gives me the opportunity to ask any new questions that I might have.
