1 starI originally placed 3 accounts with Guardian Litigation Group in Feb 2023. I was advised to stop payment on all of the accounts (which at the time were current and in good standing but minimum payments were becoming overwhelming). Mid 2023 one of the accounts (the smallest) was settled for approx $1500 less than the outstanding debt. I was elated! Until December of 2023 when I received my first court summons for the highest amount (including $3000 in interest and fees since the time of non payment). The advice from the negotiator was to pay in full over a time. Which is not a possibility. Fast forward to April of 2024 when I have now received another summons for the only other account held by the ******************** with surprise and additional $1700 in interest and fees. Each time I call I am reminded that one of my debts was settled saving me $1500.and will only cost me $4700 in interest and fees! What a deal! What a mess! Never again! I am so happy with how quickly things are moving. I have to agree 100% with others in saying that everyone has been so kind and helpful.
