  The fact that you all make monthly calls to update and check in is wonderful. You al made sure to thoroughly explain how it works and honestly you were able to negotiate with the company right on schedule. This program has definitely been a huge help to me.

  Definitely a long-game process, but Guardian earned my trust by thoroughly explaining the process and keeping me updated with monthly check-ins.Im slowly reaching settlements with my debt and Im eager but patient for the others to settle too.

  I have settled 4 accounts and Im very pleased. I big ones havent settled yet but Im sure that they will. I have also noticed my credit score start to rise so thats always a plus.

  Horrible service. First 3 months wrong accounts were being addressed. After I caught that, I had to redo everything again. Following month needed a release form all of a sudden. They have the same practice responses and never got the same person twice and never got a Manger on the phone. 7 months later they are sensing me a check for a refund. Funny how they can take the money (even early without a holiday) but can't issue a refund in same matter. Icing on the cake is their name is listed on 1 of my accounts they were chasing wrongfully in the beginning and still has not removed it from 5 months ago. Not to mention now my 2 accounts are even higher while credit score has been in the dumpster this entire time. I'm out of pocket more than I started with and I had a 720 credit score. All I wanted was to refinance a loan for cheaper payment. Completely wasted me time and cost me more money and aggravation. DO NOT USE

  Hello ******, we appreciate the venue and would like to clarify multiple points. Our firm was retained in September of 2023 to negotiate and settle certain debts for you. We do not offer loans or refinances. You acknowledged your understanding that you had engaged us to settle your debts verbally and in writing before our representation was finalized. Two of your three enrolled creditors required additional documentation to discuss settlement. Unfortunately, we did not receive that signed documentation from you until late January of this year. Subsequently, you spoke with our supervisory personnel on no less than 3 occasions. Approximately one week ago, we relayed excellent settlement offers to you for two of your debts (these settlements would save you thousands of dollars). Unfortunately, you decided to cancel your engagement rather than move forward with the settlement agreements. Should you change your mind, please dont hesitate to reach out to us. We would gladly welcome you back as a client. Whatever you decide to do, we wish you the best in getting debt free.
