4 starsThe process is definitely a long one but I did know that going into it. I am beginning to see more settlements on my accounts and I really appreciate that. My only real hesitation in giving the 5th star in the rating is that I'd like to see a summary of accounts settled and accounts remaining. I know I get a phone call, but frequently, I'm where I cannot write down all of the pertinent information. Add that monthly written or emailed summary and I'm as happy as I could be.Guardian Litigation Group
