1 starI am so disappointed! I have paid them almost $4000 over the last 11 months. They have not paid NOT ONE payment to ANY of my creditors. Now I know why they call me every month to have a "review call" to ensure I haven't already settled with my creditors before them. They don't want me to speak to them to realize I can actually work something out with them directly A LOT EASIER than apparently they can. I have been paying them ON TIME every month thinking they are helping me. My car suddenly broke down and I had to get a new one. It was at that time when the lender at the car dealership SHOWED ME that they haven't paid on any account and as a matter of fact my credit score was suffering because of them (my creditors) being ignored. I could have taken that money and paid them directly and been in a better position just my talking to my creditors directly. NEVER AGAIN!! I know I may not see my $4000 I already paid them and they have in some "account" that I can't touch but isn't being used for my debt. I am calling them TODAY to cancel and as always understand you can only count on yourself to fix your stuff. You can actually do it better without their help. 0 STARS..WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Also don't let the smooth answers fool you. I see they like to put it back on the client but if I give it to you to handle as you say you can, HANDLE IT! Lastly they say you will qualify for a loan if you pay on time. Its lies! And more debt to be honest. I wasn't approved for the loan and I'm thankful.

On August 28, 2023, we settled your first (and largest) debt. This settlement resulted in a savings of over half of the balance that you owed. Your monthly deposits are being utilized to make the settlement payments on that debt. Your credit report does not reflect those payments because the settlement has not been completed yet. Once all the settlement installments have been paid, your credit report will reflect that the debt was settled. If, for some reason, the credit report is not properly updated, we will assist you in getting it corrected as part of our services. When you view your account portal online, you will see the payments that have been applied directly to that debt. You can view the proof of payments and we have sent you the settlement agreement with that creditor which confirms everything weve said. You are on track to be out of debt in the time we originally estimated when you retained us. Just to make sure your concerns are fully addressed, we are going to have a supervisor contact you today to confirm and show you the online access to your set aside savings account. 5 starsExcellent company to work with.I am working on CC & Personal Loans so I am doing a Debt Consolidation with them.Just in 2 months they have worked out a structured settlement with 3 of of lenders!They will call 1 time per month for a follow-up on their progress & also send an email.Very happy I choose to do this & I will be debt free in less than 5 years!!Dont hesitate if you are on the fence about doing this. 1 starWas a great company in the beginning until you cancel and they start charging fees and ***** to send you a paper check for refund is ridiculous check, stamp, and envelope is not even 5.00 on top of that I did not want a refund by check I wanted it refunded as they took it off my card then charged me some other fee for processing I was told to cancel risk free was not told of any fees associated with canceling. Everything is all good to get clients in the door but when they leave buckle and dime. I would not suggest this company to anyone unless you want the same thing to happen to you. Also when the guy who enrolled me was pushy and didnt even want me to read the contract he said he went over everything throughly and everything we discussed was made clearly to me verbally should have been my first clue.Guardian Litigation Group

We canceled our agreement per your request soon after you retained us. The bank fees that were assessed were charged and collected by the administrator of your set aside savings account, Forth Pay.
