1 starThis is a ************** I mean THIEVES !! FRAUD!!! SCAM, SCAM, SCAMMERS, They all deserves to be thrown into a small GAS CHAMBER with no much space!!! 1st I was called & offered a loan, which I rejected and was offered a debt reduction program which accepted. 6 accounts were to be negotiated to 50-55% reduction and be paying through the Con account they set up $517.49 monthly and they will be entitled to about 27% of these payments, but I withdrew 2 of my major accounts which automatically reduced monthly payments to about $350, because 1 wanted to have my debts settled with short period i agreed to leave my monthly pay at $517.49 . They made me delinquent for 4months, got 4months payments from me $2069.96! They could only get 1 card Discover negotiated but just 70% of what was owed $7000+ to pay $5100+ which for their benefit, spread over 36months of payments of $100+ while i have asked them to make it 6-8 months debt free schedule on 1st day of conversations!This is where the Thieves raided my account meant for creditors settlement! i was supposed to be updated every month on account status, besides, the never set me up on the account to access it. So, due to many disturbing creditors calls, I've always called them on status checks and for them to make certain cards Priority! Long story short, Thieves negotiated with Discover out of 4 accounts and paid them ******** month out of $2069.96 in acc. they took the Lump sum $1,794.28 as fees left the settlement account with a balance of $175.+ . why? because they're Thieves!! and the lady spoken to said they decided to take all their fees at once since there's enough fund in the account.I have spoken with 2-3 of the agents including a supervisor, but because they don't have any reputations to protect, they're insisting on no refunds.Advise for All!!! Beware of this Fraud Comp!! you can settle and have your debts reduced to principals only by yourselves, JUST CALL your creditors after few months Delinquencies!Guardian Litigation Group

Hello Jay, thank you for your post and the opportunity to respond. Our firm has performed its duties in accordance with our engagement agreement and you are well on your way to getting out of debt. Settling that Discover account for you as soon as we did will likely stave off future litigation from them. Based on our previous performance with your remaining creditors, your unsettled debts would prospectively bring you to the estimated settlement in our initial conversations. It's clear that you're very frustrated and feel that you've been treated unfairly. We would appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns, and from what we can see, our customer service manager is speaking with you to reach a resolution that meets with your approval.
As you mentioned, you can contact your creditors directly to negotiate settlements. However, this task is time consuming, stressful, and complex for most people. Why spend all your time and effort trying to negotiate on your own when you can rely on our experience to get the best settlements possible? Having an attorney to assist you throughout this process is an extremely valuable tool since many collection companies will act unscrupulously to collect from you. Additionally, since our firm settles accounts in bulk, we are oftentimes able to obtain excellent settlement results for our clients. We can't guarantee that our settlements would be better than yours, but we can say that we have data about your creditors that you don't have, and we can attempt to settle multiple client accounts all at once with a single collector which is leverage in the process that you also don't have. 5 starsBeen in the programs for 2 almost 3 yrs because I had a lot of debt. I can proudly say 4 accounts are paid off and the others have been negotiated and I'm on my way to being debt free.
