1 starI asked for an update status on all accounts, the person I spoke with said they couldnt answer that. I asked for someone who could to call me back, they never did. Spoke to several people and no one could answer my questions. Next thing I knew, I was sent a cancellation letter for refusing to communicate. Now they are still refusing to send any records of what payments have been made.Oh the best part? One of my questions was why am I paying you guys more than what my debt was? You said I would be saying money but it looks like Ill end up paying more than double of what the debts were. That was the last question I asked before they sent a cancellation letter. Now Im out thousands of dollars that went to them and nothing they said they would do is done and they are fighting the dispute charges with my bank and saying I authorized payments. Payments only authorized upon service. Theres been no service done.They lie and cheat you. Im not sure how theres so many good reviews. The good reviews are the only reason I went to them but they lied before I signed on.Guardian Litigation Group

As for your savings, we successfully negotiated two settlements on your behalf, reducing your debt by thousands of dollars, consistent with the estimates in our original agreement. You were on track to be debt-free within the estimated timeline in our agreement. We regret any misunderstanding and invite you to contact us directly to discuss this further or obtain additional documentation. 5 starsI just hope that my accounts that I have with you guys will be all taken cared of by the end of this year. Reason being that I'm going to retire nd will be living on a fixed income
