I bought a brand new laptop from them, within 3 weeks of owning the device would not turn on. I contacted support and said it needed to be turned in so i sent the laptop in with the hope they would follow their guidelines of 3 days to process and repair then sent out. we are now over 2 weeks 11 business days and they are not able to give me an update on my laptop and been told repeatedly to "be patient".

Bought a Razer Naga Epic and within 3 months the "3" button on the side wouldn't work. I don't know how this company hasn't been in a class action law suite for deliberately selling faulty products and refusing to warranty them when they break.

If I could give them a negative review, I would. I needed to return an item and they have continuously prolonged obtaining a label to ship the product back. In addition, the link to start the return states it does not recognize the order number. I have reached out to razer on a daily basis requesting assistance and to return the product. It appears they are prolonging this because they have a 14 days return policy. This is quite frustrating as they lack the competence to help.

I purchased the Razer Edge Wi-Fi model the was advertised as having 8gb of memory for 5months before release as it was a preorder. Only upon receiving the product, customers are finding out that it only has 6gb of memory through the products settings. The issue is not fixable. False advertising and bait and switch tactics. A day after release the website was edit to show what the product actually is.

I have had quite a few of the products gaming mice, keyboards, and chair. The keyboards and mice seem to last around a year if not less. This company is a absolute nightmare to work with on warranty exchanges or repairs.I spent around $500 on there chair. It has a 3 year warranty. Around the 2nd year of owning the chair it has broke to a point to where you can't sit on it. I have contacted them about this and I was told I need to find the receipt. I have tried to tell them I got it at a local store and have no idea where the receipt is. They will not do anything about it till I find it. The chair has it's serial number, model number, date it was manufactured, and a bunch more information on the bottom of it. This means nothing to them. The chair clearly says it was made in December ************************ October 2022 asking for them to just send the part I need to fix it. I looked it up on there website it says there chairs have a 3 year warranty. So even if I bought the chair the day it was made it would still be under warranty. Doesn't matter to them. I'm done with razer and will not recommend them to anyone. I build gaming PCs for a living and will be turning all my customers to ********, ****, or s**** ****** from now on!

I've owned several of Razers peripherals over the years. Spent thousands on their products. Every single one of them have failed before a year has passed. In every single instance, support offered zero help, nor did razer honor their warranty minus one occurrence. And the one time they DID actually replace the faulty item, it took them 6 months to issue the replacement, countless hours of arguing with them, and only after I filed with several consumer advocacy groups did they agree replace the warrantied item. Many of the items that malfunctioned, I ended up fixing on my own. Through this experience I've learned that razer uses very VERY cheap components in their devices, particularly their mice. They could have spent like 20 cents more per item manufactured and produced a product as premium as they claim it to be, but they would rather shell out ********** quality peripherals and put a ***** price tag on it. AVOID THESE GUYS!!!!!!!!! I've owned ******** mice that I bought like a decade ago that still go strong. Razer can't make something that last a single year. Do yourself a favor and spend your money on something quality  ********** ********* ************ ***** etc. Avoid Razer like the plague.

Numerous faulty Razer Blade 14" devices (most recently two 2022 models, both within 6 months of purchase and brand new); their customer support is horrendous and will give you the runaround. Agent today told me no single supervisor was available to help (granted i spent 3.5+ hours on the phone with support today alone - my PC is my livelihood so since I have no working computer to work, I have time).

I also bought a pair of hammerhead pro earbuds about 2 months ago and they also lasted only a month. I got sent 2 replacement earbuds. One of the replacements only one earbud worked. On the second replacement neither of the earbuds work. They refuse to provide me a refund because I bought them through Amazon and not directly from them. Judging from all these reviews including my own this company has a horrid RMA program. I will never buy another Razer product again. ****** learned.
