      $200.00 pair of headphones lasted 3 days. Customer support stated their policy is that if I send in the defective pair they must receive it and then they will replace it but it will take weeks. As an established company that sees considerable profits I would expect a fast turn around on replacement. As a company their practices are malicious by forcing the consumer to jump through hoops for their products malfunction. As a customer I am unwilling to wait weeks for a replacement, Ill simply be returning this item and never purchasing Razer again, I will be recommending to my gaming friends that they also do not bother with Razer as they do not care about their customers.

      company keeps sending me broken headset an now doesn't want to replace them or give me my money back they wont even send me a new headset i just don't get it worst company ever they should be shut down been thru the troubleshooting steps about 50 time they want me to do it again an again an again but it never fixes the headset. so basically at this point there saying o well im just stuck with a piece of junk headset

      Their products are pretty good. Their customer service and support is not worth any stars. I wont give them any stars due to their bad customer service that likes to accuse consumers of dishonesty. They themselves are crooks that just run the clock to try to get you to forget about your bad decision to purchase their products when they are unable or not willing to troubleshoot a problem with their product. This is nothing new, for the past decade they have been the same when it comes to product support, they are terrible at it. They are able to skirt their way through this because they are a highly advertised gaming peripherals company and ultimately until a problem is experienced, no one will understand how terrible this company is at customer service. I hope that folks start to wake up and force Razer to account so that one day, they will actually have to offer great customer service. At the time of this review, I strongly advise seeking alternative products elsewhere that offer similar devices and which competitors offer better product support. Before buying any products, check the complaints for customer support.

      I bought a 100$ Gift Card at **************. Then my girlfriend immediately went to redeem it. It said "already redeemed". But apparently it was redeemed a few hours later in ***** time zone. The fact that this company got hacked in 2023 and "further vulnerabilities could happen." Well maybe the people running the company don't know what is happening to them. LMAO!Stay away from Razer!

      had a minor audio inconsistency so after at least 3 years i updated razer synpase 3. and the newest version doesn't work right at all for my headphones for me. the sound just sounds wrong and nothing i do fixes it.they refuse to provide install files for old versions of the software that would work perfectly. as they should be forced to provide due to *** concerns. because autistic people such as myself sometimes need very specific stimuli. and the newest version is messing it up. they categorically refuse to provide any software but the newest one. when asked.. than just giving you a runaround with steps to "troubleshoot" while not listening to a thing told to them. just flat refusing to do as asked.

      I purchased a razor controller. Did the update from their software and it bricked the controller $300 down the drain and they have yet to even explain what happened why it happened or even replace it instead they trying to place the blame on me. *************.

      The company has not resolved or attempted to satisfy my complaint. Keep giving me redundant emails with redundant fruitless responses. I have sent three(3) times proof of purchase to their support team. Assigned several redemptions and all cases closed, saying i never sent proof of purchase; in other words calling me a liar or deceitful person. My two gift cards were lost or stolen and i sent proof of purchase. God as my witness, He sees everything we do and say. From him you can not hide.

      HORRIBLE BUSINESS! DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR CARDS EVER!!! They DO NOT SUPPORT them!!! I lost $200.00 and they refused to do anything about it!!! I have filed a Police Report and filed a complaint with Razer Gold. I purchased the card 02-18-2025. It said USED after I scratched off the card!!! That is a COMPANY SCAM!!!

      I purchased a Razer Gold card in the amount of $50 . When I peeled the sticker off that was covering the PIN number the sticker peeled away the pin number. I went back into the ****** store where I had just purchased the card and told the cashier whom in return told the manager who informed me to get in touch with the card company. I googled Razer and followed their instructions sending the pictures along with the receipt of the damaged card. His was all done on Friday February 7 2025. After checking my emails today Tuesday February 11 2025 Razer has informed me that the case has been closed. I never had the chance to use the card which was for a friend that I had made previously Razer card purchases in weeks past and had no issues. No Im out of $50 and Razer seems to not care.

      When your I the purchasing process there site tells you you'll get this free,that free and when u complete the order it shows nothing about the free items and give u something else. I spent 4000+ and shouldn't have to experience this
