I was hesitant at first because I wasn't sure if this was a legitimate program. ******* quickly put my mind at ease by emailing information about BDS and how things work. My family and I have been through several life changing events which is difficult to talk about but necessary to explain my current financial situation. ******* was patient, kind, and compassionate.
