At every step of the process he was, literally, on the phone with me, or available by phone to answer any questions. His patience with my myriad of questions was outstanding!In this day of hurry up and wait, sign here, good bye, the process was so phenomenally different. What exceedingly rare, AND EXCELLENT, customer service I actually felt (and feel) as though I was the only customer/client that matters!Because he was so available by phone, and provided such excellent service, it reminded me of an old joke, for some reason:Did you hear about the sensitive burglar? He takes things personally!In all seriousness I would highly recommend this company's services.

  I called Better Debt Solutions a week ago and then had a very business schedule. *********************** who is my account manager was extremely patient reaching out until I was able to spend time learning about the program. **** went above and beyond explaining the program to me and stayed two hours after his end time to work with me.
