I have been asking this agency to stop calling me. I have asked to be put on their do not call list. I have asked to be removed from their system. I am not the person they are trying to contact. They refuse to cease and desist. They call daily. They leave a voicemail daily. It is a robot call, when you press 2 you reach a human being. If you ask them to stop calling, they hang up. If you call back they threaten to add your name back into the system. They will not give you a supervisor. They will not tell you where they work. They will tell you that they are contracted with ***************** and UpStart. They have been harassing me for over a year. They have lied to me about what their company name is. They have told me that their phones are not capable of putting someone on hold. They told me that their company address was **********. After eight months of requesting to be taken out of their system, they changed from a womans AI voice to a mans AI voice. I have been told that they will stop calling within 30 days. The calls continue. I have been told they will stop within a week. Daily calls. I was told yesterday that they would stop, they called back today. The calls range from 630am to 8pm. When I ask to be removed from their system, they hang up on me. When I ask for a supervisor, they hang up on me. I believe that their positive reviews were purchased to cover up the fact that this company illegally harasses people in an attempt to swipe personal and financial information in a predatory manner from people in dire financial situations and WILL NOT TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER. I will be filing a complaint with the attorney general in **********, *****, and Washington state. As well as informing OneMain and Upstart of the predatory practices their vendors are using to alienate potential ************ an UpStart share holder, I am horrified.Business Response

My phone is being spammed by this business, I tell them to take me off the call this and they call from another number. Always a different area code. The last number was ************. I was told the only way off the call list is to speak with a Sr. ******** however the only way to an advisor is to sign up with them first then get transferred. Received initial call from "Better Debt Solutions" where they told me I was pre-qualified for a rate of 5.99% on my debt . From there they collected multiple pieces of personal information guaranteeing if I met the minimum requirements they would be able to provide me with a loan at the 5.99 rate. After conducting a budget and confirming I met the minimum qualifications I was told they need to speak with underwriting to get my loan processed. I did not receive any further information after this. I called back multiple times to request the status of my application only to be hung up on multiple times. I asked to speak to a manager multiple times every time I was hung up on. After excessive attempts my number was blocked by the business.Business Response

My wife, Kenlo ******* recently signed up for their debt relief program with somebody from their company called **** **** over two months ago they have ruined her credit and also included something in the program that should not have been included, which was her federal credit union that is her only left source of income, so not only have they ruined her credit but they have left her pennyless and shes now having to use her remaining credit card just to survive, which is already almost maxed out. Shes tried to contact **** **** on numerous occasions these past two weeks only to be ignored. I hope Better Business Bureau can help get this situation rectified as its absolutely disgusting how they have treated my wife and addressed this issue.Business Response

This company left me five voicemails yesterday and called eight times under the name of *******************. Several of the calls were after I called them and asked them to take me off their list. I called again several times to speak to a manager, but they kept hanging up on me when I asked. I finally spoke to a ****** **** #**** and was able to obtain their website and real name so I could find their main number. I called and spoke to ****** who assured me that they would not call again. Tonight, I received five calls from them in a period of ten minutes.
