I am getting calls almost 10 times a day regarding a loan offer. I've never signed up for anything and asked them to remove me from their call list many times

They constantly call me 10 times a day at times. I have asked them to put me on the do not call list and they have laughed at me and tried to ask for more personal information. Have them put me on the do not contact list immediately.

My number is on the do not call registry and this company has called me multiple times a day for months offering loans I did not request. I have informed them multiple times that I am on the do not call list and asked for the calls to stop and they continue.

I keep getting calls from the business 4-5 times a day about loans I don't want and haven't even tried setting up. It's taking up space in my voicemail and a violation of TCPA.

I have repeatedly asked this organization to take me off their call list, and I still receive 5+ calls a day from them. Twice now when I've talked to a "Loan Specialist" they have hung up on me as soon as I've asked them to remove me from their caller list.

This company, calling themselves **************************** keeps calling every day about loans that I have no interest in and never applied for and are using different phone numbers. They want all sorts of different personal info, including SSN, date of birth, ect. They are violating TCPA. Either this needs to stop or I have no choice but to take this to the next step.I know they also use other company shell names: MN ********, ***********, ***********, *************************, Better **************

I get harassed with multiple phone calls a day and voicemails. Ive asked to be taken off the call list several times. Ive blocked several numbers associated with them. They say theyre from ****************** services but the public is fed up and finding that ****************** is under Better Debt Solutions. This is a violation of TCPA.

On Oct. 10 **************************************************** that Im preapproved for a $60000 personal loan, they left several messages and voicemails stating they had a preapproved loan awaiting me...the sales *** tells me Im preapproved, only need a few bits of information to fund the loan, surprisingly I never reached out nor applied for a loan? The caller ID said "possible spam" or scam, I answered to see what the pitch was going to be, usually I block all spam calls.. so the first **** asked me a few questions and said I qualified, then sent me to an account ***... the account *** stated he needed some information to process the loan, I reluctantly answered to see where **** would go.. they do a soft pull on my credit, then he starts pointing out late pays or closed accounts, oh I owe $39000..in debt ,which is untrue, which I dont only $24000 , then he tells me how bad my credit is and how he can get me a consolidation of debt, I stated I already settled w various CC companies , paid off my car loan, and have my own plan to pay off bills, oh zim not qualified for a loan they promised, which was BS from the get go...I knew it was all BS, but I wanted to see how far they went...then he got beligerent when I wasnt interested in this parasite taking advantage of the situation..they would settled 40% w my creditors then take 50% commission, on debts I dont owe.. I responded that this whole pitch was a *************** scam,, he got beligerent, we ended in a yelling match and further insults to me... this is the slimiest scam, illegal way to pitch a debt consolidation, they have noway to offer or make loans, I been around a longtime, consumers can deal directly w creditors...this is straight out of a 70's pitch, was is in violation of Fair Credit law, I am filing complaints w both CA Attorney ************** & *************** , ************ deserves to be fined to the max and have whatever license revoked for their shady business practices...

This company was suppose to provide me with an account number so I could track my funds. After two I have received nothing. I have attempted over 8 calls to both the agent and the company. I have sent emails. I have received 0 response from the company. They take my month.
