    This company was suppose to provide me with an account number so I could track my funds. After two I have received nothing. I have attempted over 8 calls to both the agent and the company. I have sent emails. I have received 0 response from the company. They take my month.

    They call me every single day from a different phone number. I have asked 5 different **** to stop calling me, yet they still call every day. This is harassment

    I have been asking this agency to stop calling me. I have asked to be put on their do not call list. I have asked to be removed from their system. I am not the person they are trying to contact. They refuse to cease and desist. They call daily. They leave a voicemail daily. It is a robot call, when you press 2 you reach a human being. If you ask them to stop calling, they hang up. If you call back they threaten to add your name back into the system. They will not give you a supervisor. They will not tell you where they work. They will tell you that they are contracted with ***************** and UpStart. They have been harassing me for over a year. They have lied to me about what their company name is. They have told me that their phones are not capable of putting someone on hold. They told me that their company address was **********. After eight months of requesting to be taken out of their system, they changed from a womans AI voice to a mans AI voice. I have been told that they will stop calling within 30 days. The calls continue. I have been told they will stop within a week. Daily calls. I was told yesterday that they would stop, they called back today. The calls range from 630am to 8pm. When I ask to be removed from their system, they hang up on me. When I ask for a supervisor, they hang up on me. I believe that their positive reviews were purchased to cover up the fact that this company illegally harasses people in an attempt to swipe personal and financial information in a predatory manner from people in dire financial situations and WILL NOT TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER. I will be filing a complaint with the attorney general in **********, *****, and Washington state. As well as informing OneMain and Upstart of the predatory practices their vendors are using to alienate potential ************ an UpStart share holder, I am horrified.

    My wife, Kenlo ******* recently signed up for their debt relief program with somebody from their company called **** **** over two months ago they have ruined her credit and also included something in the program that should not have been included, which was her federal credit union that is her only left source of income, so not only have they ruined her credit but they have left her pennyless and shes now having to use her remaining credit card just to survive, which is already almost maxed out. Shes tried to contact **** **** on numerous occasions these past two weeks only to be ignored. I hope Better Business Bureau can help get this situation rectified as its absolutely disgusting how they have treated my wife and addressed this issue.

    signed up to have three bills paid off. I was told it would be $477,00 /month to be deducted from my checking acc. None of my bills were paid off and i have called numerous times no one call me back. but today I had $478.20 deducted from my checking acc. Is this a scam or not!!!!!!     This company left me five voicemails yesterday and called eight times under the name of *******************. Several of the calls were after I called them and asked them to take me off their list. I called again several times to speak to a manager, but they kept hanging up on me when I asked. I finally spoke to a ****** **** #**** and was able to obtain their website and real name so I could find their main number. I called and spoke to ****** who assured me that they would not call again. Tonight, I received five calls from them in a period of ten minutes. I would like them to stop harassing me.

    Upon reviewing the details of the complaint, we would like to clarify that Mr. ***** initially provided his contact information through a social media inquiry, requesting assistance regarding our services. It is our goal to assist individuals who express interest in our offerings, but we certainly understand that further contact may no longer be desired.
    Regarding the call frequency: After receiving this complaint, we immediately investigated the issue and determined that all calls were made as part of a follow-up to Mr. ****** original inquiry.     Better Debt Solutions and their sister company "*******" have commissioned a robo-call company, "Prime Loan Advisors" (aka *************************** which calls people 4-15 times a day. There's even a reddit thread dedicated to it.*********************************************************************************** calls are illegal. To verify what I'm saying is true, all one must do is call one of the spoof numbers ************ ************ 219.247.1014 347.719.6213 252.703.0905 520.581.6738 and many many more The person you reach, after asking a few questions, transfers you to someone at Better Debt Solutions or Lendvia. I'm assuming they're not doing this probono as some sort of charity service.

    I have proof in the form of call logs and recorded conversations (********, where I live, is a one party consent state) that proves this statement to be false.  So now, not only are they operating a robo call center, they're lying to the Better Business Bureau about it.  I would be more than happy to provide this evidence and cooperate with any investigation.

    This company commits serial harassment to hundreds of thousands of Americans on a daily basis by using spoof numbers to robo dial private citizens' phone numbers three to ten times a day individually and I CAN PROVE IT with hard evidence.

    They're breaking multiple federal and state laws (Both in ******** and in ********** where they're based).

    I would like the BBB to contact me so I can provide this evidence.

    They need to hire a call center that does not fraudulently claim to be other businesses and financial institutions. Their call center claims to be 4 or 5 different lenders that are not associated with BDS or the call center at all and then redirects callers to BDS under false pretenses.This happened July 29th. The call center claimed to be Supreme lending, Exact lending, and True path lending, I spoke to all these lenders personally on their actual numbers and none of them have any affiliation with the call center, Lendvia, or Better Debt Solutions. The call center also calls numbers on the do not call registry. They lie about what financial institutions they work for then ONLY redirect to Better Debt Solutions after fraudulently representing themselves and who they are working for.
