On October 3, 2024, Better Debt Solutions LLC entered into a Consent Order with the Minnesota Department of Commerce. The Consent Order settles allegations that the business' advertisements and solicitations made statements that created confusion or misunderstanding regarding their provided services, and failed to include disclosures required by law, in the state of Minnesota. Under terms of the Consent Order, the business was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $10,000 and pay an investigation fee of $348.75.
This action is final.
