1 starWe see the letter in the mail stating that its a personal loan yet it should state that this is a consolidated loan for debt consolidation. The ad should not state personal loan. That is misleading and false advertising.

1 starThey are using a bait and switch technique to get you to call them and give out your personal info!!they said I could qualify for a low fixed rate loan to get out of debt, but when I called and talk to them on the phone, I was told I did not qualify for a loan, but if I paid a lawyer instead they could lower my debt! I wanted to take out a loan in order to pay back the people I owe, and not put money into a lawyer's bank account!!!I know for a fact that they outlawed the bait and switch maneuver!Liberty First Lending

1 starI received a letter in the mail that I was preapproved for a loan. I went to their website and put in the offer code and it said that someone would be calling me. When the phone rang and I answered, it told me to push 1 for help with my application. It then directed me to someone who told me that they are the people who send out the letters and not the people who process and help. This screams scam and now my phone rings off the hook to get the same loop and response.Liberty First Lending

5 starsI have no complaints with the company. When choosing my options to consolidate debt due to inflation and high interest rates, I was greeted with a courteous and sincere professional who patiently looked at my options as I was answering questions to come up with the best option available. Not only was a decent option available but the action of reducing my debt was done with the absolute quickness. I still have a while to go but with the first agreement was made I saw a light at the end of the tunnel. Please note regardless of the consolidator you go with there is always that fear of making things worse and seeing things that don't necessarily work in your favor. PLEASE be patient, READ the fine print and ASK questions. The more you know and as long as both you and this company are on the same page regarding results of reducing your debt you will find out that you made the best decision for your financial wellbeing and peace of mind.Review fromRICHARD D

4 starsI. like some others received a mailer from Liberty, I was treated fairly and was not confused about what they were selling. I just wanted to reduce my debt anyway I could. I was directed to a consultant that was very professional, honest, open and clear about what they could or could not do for me! 4 starsI had a very enlightening conversation with the agent! I feel confident in my choice to go with this company. The others I researched had a time line for paying off my debts that was way to long and convoluted.
