4 stars***** Vessel was a great help and took the time to explain the entire process to me. The welcome message was slightly irritating as it was clear ****** was just reading a script extremely fast and I could hardly understand what he was saying due to his speed and script reading. 1 starI do not know whether they actually lend money or not. They did not offer to loan me any money. They instead offered to try to settle my credit card debt. Debt settlement is usually more ruinous to your credit than bankruptcy is, there is no guarantee they will actually be able to settle it, and you pay them to do it. Also, if your aim is to settle your debt, there is nothing they can do for you that you can't do yourself by calling your credit card companies. Contact this "lender" with caution.

1 starBAIT AND SWITCH!!!!! This company is super shady. When you speak with someone, they do a tactic called conditioning with yes questions - meaning they ask a lot of questions where the obvious answer is yes, in order to seem like they understand and they are on your side. Once they have your information, they tell what your credit score is . . . and this is when I knew they were not an ethical company.... I had my credit score from all 3 bureaus in front of me and they said my score was over 50 points less than what the bureaus were reporting. DO NOT do business with them. They are unethical and lie.Liberty First Lending
