    I am sorry for any hardships or stress the communications have caused. I have met with our outbound team and there appeared to be a glitch with your domain information. It has been corrected, I have met internally with all teams to prevent this from happening in the future and to improve our systems. I know your time is valuable and these issues or distractions can cause frustrations. I assure you that I have addressed it with all teams internally as well as leadership. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and we will continue to improve on our end.

    We would like to see this series of communication via email, as well as this contract you are speaking of.  You noted that you cancelled the account; what account was that?  Our Broker and the owner of our company has no knowledge of any relationship with Fair North Reviews or GetDandy.com.  I never requested a refund, as we have no business relationship with you whatsoever.  If we had a contract for your services, why would we be spammed to sign up for your service?  None of this makes sense to us.  Please provide proof of what you are referring to.

    Good evening, 
    I am reviewing your claim here and first off I would like to apologize if this had been the case. We have a whole series of communications via phone and email where this was never brought up. Our company SVP and myself had reached out to you as recently as Friday November 6th 2023, and this concern was not mentioned in any manner. If you had let us know we could have looked into any campaigns that you were listed within to see what had happened. We have cancelled your account, terminated your contract, and provided refund all as you had requested. If this was in any way a concern previously we wish that you would have brought it to our attention so we could address it.
