Dandy Inc. (GetDandy.com) has misused our web contact form to send numerous spam messages, inundating us with unsolicited service offers over several months. Despite multiple attempts to unsubscribe, they have not honored our requests promptly and continue to send unsolicited emails to various companies. Moreover, they resort to changing sender details when blocked.Interestingly, Dandy Inc. lacks a publicly available physical address, utilizing a shared office suites company for their mailing address. This lack of transparency raises concerns about their business practices. They have also been removing their own business listings from reputation sites to prevent negative reviews from customers.It is evident that Dandy Inc. does not conduct their operations in an honest and ethical manner, as evidenced by the relentless stream of unsolicited spam messages they send daily and weekly. Engaging with Dandy Inc. could potentially associate your company or non-profit with their unscrupulous practices, given their disregard for ethical conduct.Considering their BBB score of all F's, it seems unlikely that they would represent your company in an honest and ethical manner. We strongly advise against engaging with Dandy Inc. or any of their employees, affiliates, contractors, partners, or representatives. We signed up for Dandy at the end of May with hopes that their AI software would remove some of our negative, unfair reviews. We agreed to a monthly fee for 6 months with a $200 gift card for signing up. They said after 30 days, they are able to get upwards of 70 percent of reviews removed. After the 30 days, I checked in because only 1 review had been removed, many other positive reviews had been flagged, and that's it. The gift card never arrived either. I contacted support, who reported they had sent the gift card, to check my spam. It wasn't there. I became suspicious and looked up Dandy on BBB and found they are a scam. I emailed to cancel and get a refund, and they offered a meeting with their "retention manager" who never showed to our ****** Meet link. Thanks ******, for the response.
As I indicated in my email to you, the gift card was not in my spam folder. I never received it. If it was lost in email, you could have offered to re-send a physical or duplicate copy, which you did not.
I had a ****** Meet appointment to discuss our issues with *******************, and he no showed, leaving a voice message an hour before the appointment saying what you said above about the gift card, but not mentioning that he would leave me waiting in the ****** Meet room only to never show up. No one addressed that there had been NO movement on our account in a month and a half.
Furthermore, the numerous complaints here prove you don't provide what you promise to, and at $350/month are a total scam.

Dandy Inc. (GetDandy.com) improperly used our web contact form to then send dozens of spam messages over several months with unsolicited offers for services. They have refused to honor unsubscribe requests in a timely manner and refuse to stop sending unsolicited emails to companies. If you are able to block the sender, they will often times start sending from a new address and name.Their company does not have a public physical address and instead use a shared office suites company for their Company mailing address. They repeatedly remove any business listings of their own company from ************ and other reputation sites because they apparently don't want customers posting negative reviews of their own company. So far Dandy Inc has been unable to remove the negative reviews many have posted here at the BBB.I believe Dandy Inc does not operate their own company in an honest and ethical manner, especially when it comes to the unrelenting stream of unsolicited spam messages sent out on a daily and weekly basis. If you hire Dandy Inc,, you are essentially asking Dandy to represent you and your company or non-profit when they contact reviewers.If Dandy Inc. won't operate and conduct their own business in an honest and ethical manner, can you really be sure they will represent your company in an honest and ethical way as well? Given the score of all F's on the BBB website, I would suggest, probably not. On 6/14/2023 got an email stating a purchase. Called dandy delivers on 06/19/2023 to have them refund the amount due to not purchasing or ordering anything. They said they would refund the money/amount of ****** to my account and it would take 3 to 4 business days. On 06/26/2023 called dandy delivers again due to money not being refunded. They said the account that the money came out of was closed, which the account is not closed. They said they would try it again. I had called my bank and they stated nothing was wrong with my account and they haven't attempted to refund. Dandy delivers stated once again that a refund amount of ****** will be refunded and it will take 3 to 4 business days. Called Dandy Deliveries again on 07/03/2023 due to no refund. They now told me that I would have to dispute the charge with the bank. I asked to talk with a supervisor which then they stated someone would call me in 24 hours. They would not give any names or phone number to me. Called my bank and they stated again that no refund was attempted.Business Response

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH COMPANY! We had an account with them 3 years ago. Closed the account, 3 months ago they charged our card. We caught and disputed. Called in 6 times to make sure the account was canceled. Stated they had to have a Cancel rep call me. Never called me after all the calls, 2 months later, we get a bill for *************************************** over 3 years. No one will help. constant lies that some one will call you back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FRAUD COMPANY. in 1.5 of service with them they removed 3 reviews out of ***** active reviews. They never worked on the account, and we kept calling them out till we canceled. They will bill our credit card with out permission like a GYM till you cancel the card and change the numbers. Get Dandy has been scamming our business by invalid charges for multiple months without ever providing any of the promised services. We have contacted their billing ***** *************************, sales person, ***************************** who have collectively tricked us into waiting patiently for months after forcing us into signing fraudulent agreement that are entirely predatory practices by numerous harassing calls and emails to our offices and staff who feel traumatized by the bullying practices of their con artist, ******************* We have tried to reach out to any Director or principal for months but none of our calls and messages are ever answered. They have totally breached the entire terms of the agreement and have not performed a single service or removed a single review after we provided them with all the login information which now they deny of having even though we were on a recorded call with their onboarding specialist, *****, ******, and **** which constitute unfair competition under ********** law and may be deemed a violation of the Federal **** statutes, among other statutory and common law business torts. During the pendency of the supposed service agreement, no services were provided to us and no results were obtained, whatsoever. We have made numerous attempts to reach Directors and principals at Dandy to discuss why it was not doing anything while charging our credit card about $200.00 monthly for months. We have had no recourse expect being called despicable names for being women of color business owners, harassed and yelled at as minority female business owners by ******************* when he called to threaten collections and refused to respond to any concerns and denied all responsibility or receiving any of our complaints. We still have not able to reach a single Director. Equally unconscionable is the Dandy service agreement, which violates innumerable provisions of ********** and federal laws. Upon internal review the recorded phone calls have been played back and the reported claims have since been found to be false and due to the damaging nature of their claims our legal team will be involved moving forward - as we have tried to work with them and their lawyer, offered negotiation to the contract buy out and they since have been attacking our business publicly with false claims.
We sent all the details over to our lawyer as they will not communicate with us at this time to resolve. It will take approximately 30 days to resolve this issue and we are asking the BBB to hold off posting this to we have gotten thru this process.

I was told I was paying a one time fee to remove reviews with a 30 day cancelation option. They are now not letting me cancel, providing a contract and trying to make me literally be liable for 16,000!I have requested a contract 15 times, asked to cancel 25 and am starting to engage with a law firm about starting a class action lawsuit since I think they are doing this to all people they sign up and take deep advantage of. I have received zero value. They pretend to remove reviews that they themself post. They have attempted to charge me 25 times last two months sometimes multiple times a day. Every request I send to cancel or fkr a copy of my contract is ignored by customer support. I keep records of all e-mails and can provide as well as attempts to charge without a valid contract. I will not engage further if they agree to end service with no fees but otherwise am seeking damages for each unauthorized charge attempt which exceeds 200 in last 3 months.Business Response

Dandy bad review removal service suggested that they could improve our review scores and sales person suggested a 12 month contract but stated that we could cancel if we werent satisfied with service. After 3 months we had just one ****** review removed. I sent the company multiple emails, voicemails, and calls to cancel. Emails were sent 5/18, 5/9, 4/20, 4/19, 4/17.
