    This seems to be a problem for many people.....Norton Privacy Monitor identified Peoplewhiz as a data broker website that contained my information. In an attempt to remove my information from this website, I discovered that the opt-out process requires the submission of a photo ID. I am not comfortable providing additional personal information to an entity that I don't want to have any of my information. I have a profile on this website and I want to have this removed.

We are more than happy to remove your listing but are having trouble locating it in our database. We do not  get any returns back for *********************** in ***********, **. Can you please provide a screenshot of the listings you want removed and we will take down ASAP without needing to provide an ID. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Company is selling my personal information, when asked to remove it they want even more information in the form of copies of my drivers license. There is no need for this as all other companies of this type have no problem removing records without.

    I would like my personal information removed without giving my ID to them. I see no reason they need more personal information in order to remove my personal information.

    The privacy monitoring service I'm subscribed to alerted me that Peoplewhiz has my personal information. When attempting to remove it from their website, I found out that they're gatekeeping my privacy rights by wanting more personal information, while other sites only require you to confirm a link sent to your email address. I am not comfortable handing over a copy of my ID. I just want my information permanently removed from Peoplewhiz and its affiliates.

    I have a Norton Privacy Monitor and it identified Peoplewhiz as a data broker website that contained my information.     Just like others, I am filing a complaint for peoplewhiz to stop making my personal information available for sale immediately. I attempted to do this through their website, and suspiciously enough they request for me to provide them even more personal information (a copy of my ID) to proceed with this. I am requesting my information is deleted from your database immediately without providing ID.

    Continued violation of self-described policy to remove data. Will not block further uploads / fail to remove information from the website despite repeated attempts to have information removed. Given that I have a dual base in Europe and *****************, this is also subject to GDPR, which makes such attempts illegal. I want to resolve this without legal intervention by receiving written documentation from their legal department that all further uploads associated with my name have been blocked.

    I have already completed this step--multiple times. I have provided my ID, name of associates and addresses to People Whiz. People Whiz is stalling and clearly not meeting the request to (1) BLOCK future uploads (2) the response is not a commitment from their legal team thereof.

    As asked for from the beginning, I need written confirmation from your legal department that all my information has been deleted and future uploads are blocked. 

    I verified the **** it does appear it is from your servers. As such your response is not credible. Please fulfill my request! As a ********** company you are obligated to protect my privacy under state law.

    I have been notified that Peoplewhiz has my information for sale. I tried to opt out, but they are requiring I upload an ID which I am not comfortable doing, as they are already selling my information. I do not wish to give them more. All of the other sites I have visited as given to me by my Norton subscription, have allowed me to opt out without giving more personal information.
