    I have been notified by ****** that Peoplewhiz has my information for sale. I tried to opt out, but they are requiring for me to upload an ID which I am not comfortable doing, as they are already selling my information. As easy as they have all of my info it should be as easy to get removed. I do not wish to give them more personal information since they never asked for permission to have it in the first place. All of the other sites I have visited as given to me by my Norton subscription, have allowed me to opt out without giving more personal information.

    01/22/2024 I was notified via Norton Security check that this web site is selling my personal information. I tried to opt-out and remove my personal information from their website. They are requiring me to send a photo of my driver's license in order to opt out of a system I never opted into in the first place. In essence, send them MORE personal information. This is extremely shady and smacks of a scam.

    Like many others have described, I too use Norton to protect my devices, and this site was discovered selling my personal info. The site refuses to remove my data without my drivers license. I'm not comfortable sending such personal information in order to have my other personal information removed from their site; this seems extremely counterintuitive. I would like my information removed without the risk of exploiting more of my personal information. Please remove my info!

    I'm attempting to remove my information from this data aggregator but they are requesting a photo ID which I'm not comfortable with submitting. This is the only aggregator that's making such a request and I would like to finish the process of removing my profile from the internet.

    After many many emails, Peoplewhiz kept sending me emails saying they had new information on person and that it would list things like divorces, relationships etc.I got to open report for a few minutes before it disappeared from screen. But before the few things I saw was no info found on just about everything that I saw.I immediately write company to complain and say report was gone but no response and they took $27.99 from my bank account.Feel this was a rip off and scam

    Company is selling my personal information; when asked to remove it they demand a copy of my drivers license. Similar companies have removed my information without this demand.

    While monitoring my identity online I found it in this database without my permission or any type of notification. When trying to remove it is asking me to upload or mail an official document, unlike other sites where you just request to opt-out and you are done this will provide them private data, feels like a scam, just want to opt-out and have them remove my data.

    My ************** provided me with the link to remove my info from Peoplewhiz, a data broker website that contained my information. In the process of attempting to remove my information from Peoplewhiz, the final step of the opt-out process requires me to submit my photo ID! Are they kidding...why would I provide more details about myself to a data broker? There is no way that I would ever be comfortable providing additional personal information. No other data broker has requested such personal documents. I request that my name be taken off of your site. I have a profile on this website and I want to have this removed.

    On 1/14/24, I discovered that my information was listed for sale on ***********************************. I went through the opt-out process of requesting my information be removed. After filling out their form, they requested a copy of my ID. This seems sketchy and like a scam, especially considering that they obtained my information and were selling it without my knowledge or approval.
